Greetings from my esteemed friends on the Cent commumity and the entire hive blockchain. It's another day and time to share with you why many fail to achieve real success in life and while others get incorporated into real success. The difference is what they're chasing. It's your friend @faquan, saying hello from this part of the world.

What I mean here as value simply means self-improvement that can help one to remain relevant in a revolving and changing society. Moving from manual to digital technology, many people are finding it very difficult to adapt to this changes because their minds have been set two words some status cool.

In Nigeria where I come from many persons prefer to work as a salesman or a sales woman than to develop a skill for themselves that will give them personal comfort and enough time for themselves rather than being overburdened by employers problems.

Creating value for oneself in terms of self development will give one opportunity to create value that will improve one's financial status. There's something about self development in terms of learning skills either digital related or craftsmanship it has a way of keeping one or making one relevant in the society where they live in.

The values we create at the funds we receive that enhances our financial stability rather than just the knowledge we have through schooling. Times are Changing and changing times.

Many people are still in the analogue part of wealth creation while others have transcended into digital aspects of wealth creation. Truly the wealth is in the air just us we are seeing in the crypto world just a single Bitcoin can change a person's 14 Fortune in life.

An analyst one said that courses we study for 4 years in the university and colleges may not be relevant in our contemporary world. This is because there are many courses online that are digital related and irrelevant that can be gotten in just six weeks or 6 months depending on the weight of the program. He also said that it is a waste of time to study for 4 years or 5 years when one can also get relevant qualifications between 6 months to 6 weeks. The opportunities that are available for the person that studied for just six weeks to six months and numerous and more paid than that of the courses studied 4 to 5 years.

I'm of the opinion that creating value or values is more important than chasing Banks and jobs that can only pay us for some time. If an employer sacks an employee who doesn't create value that's the end to that job but one who learnt skills for himself will always be the boss of himself and also an employer of labour.

What are you chasing in your life and career? Value or shadows?
