Rules for the weekly Giveaway (ENG-ESP)

Hello everybody! First of all I apologise, yesterday's post had so much information that I forgot to establish some basic rules for the weekly raffle. That's why I'm writing them now, as clearly and summarized as possible:

Requisites:

Have a minimum of 3000 SPT staked and delegated to the @fallen.angels account, 2000 in case your account is part of the Fallen Angels clan. The process of staking and delegating is done from your Hive Engine wallet.

Each account that meets the above requirement will only have 1 ticket in the draw, this will help prevent the whales from hogging the prizes.

At a random time during the week a snapshot of the SPT delegation distribution within the account will be taken. It will be randomised so that no one can abuse the system and game the delegations against the other participants. When the results are displayed, the screenshot will be shown.

Voting, reblogging, following or sending tokens will never be required, and although these actions will help us to improve the project, they will never interfere or influence the results, which are subject to luck alone.

Rules

There will only be two roulette spins, the first one will show all the participants who meet the requirements. The second spin will show the prize that has been won by the previous person. A screenshot of the two roulette spins will be shown in the results publication.

When a person wins a prize the following week they will not participate in the raffle, in order to increase the variety of winners and to improve the chances that other participants will win a prize.

The prize that was drawn will be removed from the next week's roulette wheel, so that each week the prize pool will be reduced by 1.

The prizes will be fully replenished when all the gold cards, the legendary card and the pack have been dealt, in order to avoid having only minor prizes in the prize wheel.

Explanatory notes

Our main goals with this proposal are: to create community, improve the raffle panorama and personal commitment to achieve them, support the SPT token as well as the Splintertalk tribe with a growing curation account, with a stronger presence and prestige within the ecosystem.

Our curation account is focused on voting for quality Splintertalk.io posts, i.e. voting on SPT. This is why 50% of the SPT obtained weekly by voting is staked in the curation account and the other 50% is distributed among all delegators according to their proportion within the pool. The first percentage will decrease in the later stages of the project, while the second percentage and the prize draw will improve, all in order to make this initiative sustainable in the short, medium and long term. The curator account will not participate in the raffle.

¡Hola a todos! Ante todo pediros perdón, el post de ayer tenía tanta información que se me olvidó establecer unas reglas básicas del sorteo semanal. Es por eso que las escribo ahora, de la forma más clara y resumida posible:

Requisitos:

Tener un mínimo de 3000 SPT stakeados y delegados a la cuenta de @fallen.angels, 2000 en el caso de que tu cuenta forme parte del clan Fallen Angels. El proceso de stakear y delegar se realiza desde tu billetera de Hive Engine.

Cada cuenta que cumpla el requisito anterior sólo tendrá 1 ticket en el sorteo, esto ayudará a que las ballenas no acaparen los premios.

En un momento aleatorio de la semana se hará una captura de la distribución de delegación de SPT dentro de la cuenta. Será aleatorio para que nadie pueda abusar del sistema y jugar con las delegaciones en contra de los demás participantes. Cuando se muestren los resultados se enseñará dicha captura.

Nunca serán requisitos votar, rebloguear, seguirnos ni enviar tokens, y aunque estas acciones nos ayudarán a mejorar el proyecto, nunca interferirán ni influirán en el resultado, sujeto única y exclusivamente al azar.

Reglas

Se efectuarán dos tiradas de ruleta, en la primera aparecerán todos los participantes que cumplen con los requisitos. En la segunda saldrá el premio que le ha tocado a la persona anterior. En la publicación de resultados se mostrará una captura de las dos tiradas de ruleta.

Cuando una persona gana un premio la semana siguiente no participará en el sorteo, con el fin de que haya más variedad de ganadores y mejorar un poco la probabilidad de que los demás participantes puedan obtener un premio.

El premio que salió elegido se retirará de la ruleta de la siguiente semana, de tal manera que cada semana la pool de premios se reducirá en 1.

Los premios se repondrán por completo cuando se hayan repartido todas las cartas doradas, la carta legendaria y el pack, con el fin de evitar que sólo haya premios menores en la ruleta de premios.

Notas aclaratorias

Nuestros principales objetivos con esta propuesta son: crear comunidad, mejorar el panorama de sorteos y el compromiso personal para alcanzarlos, apoyar el token de SPT así como a la tribu de Splintertalk con una cuenta curadora cada día más fuerte, con mayor presencia y prestigio dentro del ecosistema.

Nuestra cuenta curadora está enfocada a votar publicaciones de calidad de Splintertalk.io, esto es, a votar en SPT. Es por esto que el 50% del SPT obtenido semanalmente con la votación se stakea en la cuenta de curación y el otro 50% se reparte entre todos los delegadores según su proporción dentro de la pool. El primer porcentaje irá disminuyendo en etapas más avanzadas del proyecto mientras que el segundo y los premios por sorteo irán mejorando, todo con el fin de que sea sostenible esta iniciativa a corto, medio y largo plazo. La cuenta curadora no participará en el sorteo.
