Luis Suarez dramatic comeback for Atletico Madrid

It's been a fantastic season so far for Atletico Madrid still unbeaten in the league after five games and their wonderful performance against Porto in the Champions league which ended in a goalless draw, saw the Spanish side share points with Porto in the opening stage of the Champions league.

However, the Spanish side were back in business in the league to face a getafe side in a derby match after their goalless draw in the Champions league against Portuguese club Porto.

It wasn't an easy fixture for Diego simeone men in the derby as they came back from a goal down to secure victory in the game, thanks to brace from Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez to give the visitors a dramatic win away from home.

Getafe were the better side in the first half which saw them took the lead before half time thanks to goal from Stefan Mitrović who emphatically headed the ball past Jan oblak to put the home side ahead before the break.

Atletico Madrid being a goal down didn't relent as they pressurize their opponent to prove themselves of securing points in the game.

However, the pressure from the away side was much harder when Carles Aleñá was sent off following a VAR review leaving the home team with 10 men for the rest of the match.

Luis Suárez with his fantastic effort equalise for the visitors setting up a nice finish as Atletico Madrid still put pressure on the home team in search of a winner.

Luis Suárez no doubt was the hero of the night after a stoppage-time winner for the visitors to put them ahead for the first time in the game.

The goal came in when a cross into the box found its way to the Uruguayan striker, who made no mistake by putting the ball into the net securing all three points for Diego Simeone’s side and la liga top leaders at the moment.

The match however, sees Getafe still without a win in La Liga after six matches in this new season their worst ever start in the Spanish top flight.
