Share any memorable mother-daughter relationship with us, whether good or bad, yours or another's own you witnessed.
Funny how myself and my mom do not have any pictures together, our relationship has been a rollercoaster, truth be told, my mom and I never had a mother-daughter relationship especially when my dad was alive. My dad was my go-to person, my model, and the only person I talked to, that was why when he died, I felt broken and dejected.
My mom and I started having a relationship and talking to each other when she lost her husband and when I lost my dad, perhaps because we had something or people to look out for, which was my siblings but notwithstanding, our relationship still wasn't more like the mother-daughter own but people in the same boat trying to meet or reach one goal, for the sake of others (the vulnerable ones) in the boat with us.
Funny how I do not have a memorable mother-daughter relationship to share with us but I have seen my friends have such a relationship and I wished I had such with my mother.

Whenever I go to my girlfriend's house, the way I see her and her mother talk and laugh about things makes me wish I had such a relationship with my mom. One of the times, I got talking with my friend and she told me how she told her mom about her "admirers, crushes, toasters, and this particular guy who she likes too and may likely accept his proposal of being his girlfriend and how her mom advised her about them and would want to see her supposed boyfriend if she eventually decides to accept anyone of them.
Their relationship is top-notch and most days I pray to have such a relationship with my daughters and not have the relationship, my mom and I have because I rarely and do not even find it comfortable sharing my private information with her. I tell her what I want her to know and keep the rest to myself. Never divulge important information or have the time or thinking to sit with her and have a mother-daughter talk or relationship. I had such a relationship with my dad and after he died, I became my confidant.

Telling your mum about your crushes and admirers that relationship must be so deep.
I have always wish I had that kind of relationship with my mother 🤦 but however, I know for sure that I am definitely going to build that kind of relationship with my daughter
