Know yourself and stay within your lane

Thanks to the #freewriters community for giving me such a great opportunity to learn and at the same time gain from writing, its been an awesome experience, i do not take it for granted, I have seen that, the more i engage, the more i come out better. Today i will be sharing on Knowing yourself and staying on your lane

The best you can ever be is you, there is no better person than you, discovery yourself is one of the best thing i believe every man should look into. If you dont know yourself, you will not be bold to stand up for it, but the knowledge you have about yourself will give you power, courage, boldness and a sound mind, there will be strength to confront matters, when necessary.

She is my family friend, we use to behave like cat and dogs, anytime we meet at home, If you ask me why?, I not sure i will be able to tell you the very reason for that but the only thing i know is that i don't have likeness for fat ladies, I use to tell her to mind what she eat but she no dey gree (she won't hear), She loves it, treasure it and as well celebrate it at all time.

One day she told me, that weight is her advantage, so i had to ask her why?, she told me that no matter how i want to do it, that everyone can not and will not be as slim as i am, That was just like a saying to me but today, those words have really come alive.

She has thought me so much with this her philosophy,
"I love my life, i love my height, My weight and all my makeups, there is no me any were, i am unique, special and very different, i am the true identity of myself, no one can be me, and i will never be like any body"

she has over the years been consistent in staying on her lane, she knows her strength and weakness, so no matter who you are and what you carry, it will not and dose not move her, she knows that she is the true picture of herself.

I had to talk about this today because if we all as humans come to this understanding, there will be less issue in our society, The society today is so unsecured because the people living in it are not secured, as such the individual differences that was supposed to be a blessing has so become a serious subject of concern.

I now find people who are tall, feeling bad, feeling that they should be average height, people who are dark in complexion, wanting to be fair over night, etc......, This is really a subject of concern and i do believe that if we take responsibility for all this, our society will be an absolute better place to be.

I will remind you of the Esau and Jacob story in the bible, when Isaac told Esau to bring him mean to eat to provoke his last blessing before he will die, the mother of Jacob heard it and told Jacob to get set to disguise himself and act like Esua, Jacob said to the mother, My brother Esua is an hairy skin man while i am a plane skin man. I which the mother had understanding as he said it but the mom, insisted that he should do it, after the whole stuff, he spent days away from home in serving his uncle, but when it was time to reward him, He played on, who knows whether it is as a result of what he did to his brother.

***there are ways that seems right to a man, but the end is full of pains and dead, Know thy self, do your best to stay within your lane.
