ART: Drawing Random Shapes? #creative-sunday

I made this artwork from 5 October 2022 to 9 October 2022. Apologies for hiding this for too long, I did not knew if it was good enough. Still, today I decided to make this work public. My motivation behind creating this art was that I was performing well in the HL collage category, but the art category had no entries in the weekly reports from kronias account. So, I took matters into my own hands. It wasn't easier for me cause once I was a cook and artist but after life got tougher, I had to leave my hobbies. Strangely, I forgot most of my cooking and art skills.

You might remember my good old friend from "WHO AM I?" poetry which I composed while traveling from Lahore to Karachi through the train. Finally back to paper, I am among those oldies who still like reading and writing on paper.

A blank paper was in front of me with thoughts of nothingness. I kept watching it to decide what to draw.

Wow, Congrats! I finally drew an oval shape. But wait, what are those traces? Looks like someone did many failed attempts to even reach this point. So, I tried creating abstract art only consisting of ovals but it didn't end well. This was a new beginning after learning from many failed attempts.

At this point, I finalized how to fill the space to make my art feel connected. I was able to imagine my whole art in my brain as my proof of concept was finalized.

Here, I finally decided to add different shapes to my work. Everything was looking precise. I felt too calm to draw. I was talking as much time as I would and was giving all my love to this single piece which had the probability to turn out to be of my prominent works.

Here, I used my imagination to add different shapes like heart, arrow, domino, diamond, ufo, A letter, and much more.

I started expanding my work as I was too afraid because a single mistake can make a complete mess and I would have to recreate like previous failed attempts.

I took inspiration from car, tree, and realistic things this time. I was clueless if I would be able to connect them using the same theme as my artwork but fortunately, I did it.

Please let me know what are your thoughts about it! I was hesitant to share it. Maybe, your one comment would be enough to motivate me to create more artwork. In the end, I would like to add that I personally felt too calm and relaxed while making this. Whenever I open this paper in my diary, I can always go back to visit my wonderful memories of life. It works as a small break for me when I get too tired from the workload.

If I had to introduce you to my friend Abdullah, I would describe him as shy, honest, and creative. Our Friendship started in multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) namely Mobile Legends. MOBA's require team work to win. Our duo was an example in it's own. We never had to tell each other what to do. He always knew what I want my duo to do in that situation and vice versa. Sometimes we just call each other to share what we do in battle that day. Our audio and video calls were getting longer and longer reaching up to 4 hours. He was not only my best friend but more like a soul mate. The most rememberable moments are telling about games, investments, cooking, food, dad jokes, and much more. We were so close with each other that everyone (online friend circle) knew about our unbreakable bond.
