Dear friends, starting today I plan to launch the Delegation and Strength Support Program.

What does that mean? That you delegate some of your power and I in turn will support you with my votes. The percentage of votes depends on the proportion of your power delegated.

So if you delegate 100 HP, I will vote for you with 100% of my power.
