Hindi pumasok sa isip ko ang mag gym noon pa man yung mga barkada ko nag gym sila dati pero na stop din. Iba na ang kaalaman ko ngayon (health is wealth). Importante na ngayon para sa akin ang aking kalusugan inalis ko na ang alak (2 months clean na, goodbye empe bunso) inaalis ko na din ang pag yosi.

Rate per month. Personal trainer for 1 month 1,200 Php ($20).

nakakainggit ang presyo sa probinsiya! Dito sa Maynila, ang personal trainer ay per session ang bayad, around Php1k each session sa local gym ko haha
