Social Media Challenge: Venari Marksrat [EN - ESP]
Good morning and welcome to the first article of the week in the @splinterlands universe: the Social Media Challenge. For this edition I bring you an analysis of a card that we place in our lineup to die as soon as possible... Yes, you read that right, we use it to be eliminated first or at least be one of the first to be eliminated so that its special ability activates and benefits both of its flanks. Para esta edición os traigo un análisis de una carta que colocamos en nuestra alineación para que muera lo antes posible. Si, has leído bien, la utilizamos para que sea eliminada la primera o, al menos, sea de las primeras en caer eliminadas para que su habilidad especial se active y benficie a sus dos flancos. Bienvenidos al Social media Challenge de esta semana y al análisis de Venari Marksrat. Comenzamos.
This week's analysis brings us a card from the land deck that has a special ability that makes it very interesting and makes it go from being a card in the pile to one of the most used cards. I'm talking about Venari Marksrat and his Martyr ability, an ability that boosts the stats of his two adjacent cards when removed from the battlefield. You know, it's a card that we use by considering what cards we put on its flanks and hoping that it will be the first to be removed from the equation that is combat to boost our strategy.
El análisis de esta semana nos trae una carta del mazo de tierra que tiene una habilidad especial que la hace muy interesante y que pase de ser una carta del montón a ser una de las cartas más utilizadas. Hablo de Venari Marksrat y de su habilidad Martyr, una habilidad que mejora las estadísticas de sus dos cartas adyacentes al ser eliminada del campo de batalla. Ya sabes, es una carta que utilizamos teniendo en cuenta qué cartas ponemos en sus flancos y con la esperanza de que sea la primera en ser eliminada de la ecuación que es el combate para potenciar nuestra estrategia.
In addition to his Martyr ability, which he gets in his first level of evolution and for only three mana summoning points, we will place on the battlefield a card with one point of ranged attack, one point of speed and only two points of vitality However, this is not a concern because, as I have already mentioned, the idea is that Venari Marksrat will be one of the first to fall to take advantage of his Martyr ability. Also, at level 5 it will gain Snare and at level 8, maximum as it is a rare card, Shatter.
Además de su habilidad Martyr que obtiene ya en su primer nivel de evolución y por solo tres puntos de maná de invocación vamos a colocar en el campo de batalla una carta con un punto de ataque a distancia, un punto de velocidad y tan solo dos de vitalidad. Sin embargo, esto no es preocupante ya que, como ya te he ido comentando, la idea es que Venari Marksrat sea de las primeras en caer para aprovechar su habilidad Martyr. Además, a nivel 5 ganará Snare y en el nivel 8, máximo al ser una carta rara, Shatter.
The example battle is going to measure me against @pandapunch and I'm going to use only three cards. Regal peryton, Djinn Biljka and, among them, Venari Marksrat. The strategy is to use Obsidian to boost the magic attack and for Venari to improve her combat partners when she is eliminated. Let's see if this strategy works.

Life Sapper's Life Leech ability has almost ruined my strategy. However, the fact that Venari Marksrat was the first card to be eliminated from the game gave me a bonus that tipped the balance of the match in my favour. Epic win and keep progressing in the complicated Splinterlands universe. More reviews next week.
