A little Diablo 4 Posts Char. (WW Barb)

I bought D4 and played it throughout the first Beta and almost reached level 20 which was fun :D
I was not in the Server Slams, since I had a busy weekend that weekend, so I just waited and looked forward to the game.
D4 have been out for a 3 weeks-ish and this is how far I have come. Now I did start out playing the Necromancer with Skeletions, but it quicky became not very fun, when some random boss would kill all of my Skeletions and there weren't any mobs or corpes in the area, so I could receive them making me fking useless and could kill the boss.
So after that "failure" I decide to go with Barb more specifically Whirlwind Barbarian and that have been so much more fun! Some don't see it has fun but I think its fun slashing through enemys and tanking alot :P
This is how my char looks, just random "good" gear to some extend, but not top tier :D
Currently the best weapon I have and use. Its fair from perfect, but I did get a 500 dmg boost from its DPS alone since its a Sacred Legendary compared to what I had before.
Strength is the only "Good" thing on this weapon :D
I did upgrade it more + I add a socket slot for 9% Crit Dmg to Vulnerable Enemies.
These are the Expertise I have maxed and uses. I currently switch between the Mace and the Axe one depending on which weapon I currently use. Since I use the Axe right now and I have the Mace in the Technique slot for extra stats, its a pretty neat system!
I do want a really good Sword, so I can get that Expertise up, but I haven't found a Sword worth switching too yet :/
Paragon is pretty OP to some extend and adds a lot of dmg and armor to the Barb after level 50 when you can do it.
I don't have any Glyphs in my Paragon boards yet, since I don't have the correct ones to use yet.
When it comes to Paragon and what is best, I simply follow a Guide. I don't have the brain power to figure out what is the best for my WW Barb xD
I did also use this as a Guide for my build in the beginning.

Would love to get my hands on Diablo 4 as well but just can't really find that extra bit of time to play it even if I do purchase the game 😓
I just play it a few hours after work :D
I used to have a desktop at home but now I'm just using my work laptop.
So won't be able to play the game as well even if I had the time.

Hmm I spend alot of hours on my laptop when I'm at work.
So during my spare time I tend to stay away from the screen except for my mobile phone 🤣

Yeah too much screen time make me feels very lethargic.
So if possible I will try to stay away from it and do some exercises or be out to hang with friends over a meal / drinks instead 😁

The Barb is so much fun. I'm playing a HotA barb and just love going around smashing things. I share your confusion with the paragon board. I just try to do whatever seems best at the moment without following guides. It's taken me to level 56 on hardcore so I must be doing something right.
Yes Barb is fun! :D I haven't tried HotA yet, but have heard its fun aswell :D

I can definitely understand why you were frustrated with the Necromancer build. I've heard from a few other people that they had similar experiences. It's definitely a challenge to keep your skeletons alive, especially against tough bosses.
They are just so weak compared to other Necro builds.
Bone spear should be OP!
But a Necromancer without Minions, kinda defeats the purpose of a Necro haha xD
