Late on friend's meeting to One Piezza - Sunday, June 30, 2024
It's surely taking a toll on my body to hang out and do my daily work 3 days in streak. I woke up so late today (05:00 PM) and was also late to meet up with my friends because of that (1 hour after the meeting time). I immediately call a motorcycle taxi to that place. I feel bad that they're waiting for me. Well, the meeting event is just a dinner so they are there waiting for me until they go again to another plan.
One Piezza front view
We're having dinner at One Piezza (Gmaps:https://g.co/kgs/gEcULPr)and today is the last day of their promotion event. What's the promotion event? It is All-You-Can-Eat Pizza at 88k IDR ~ US$ 5.38 (excluding service and tax) in 90 minutes and if customers finish 5 pizzas per person (almost impossible challenge), they will give you free of charge. Of course, I can't do it. It's a 30cm pizza. I just can eat 2 pizzas and it's already worth of that price.
Margherita Pizza
As I was 1 hour, I split my bill and table with my friends. I'm still seat beside them to chat. Luckily, the waiter at that place allowed me to do so. They have a special menu on All-You-Can-Eat which is Margherita, Pepperoni, Beef and Mushroom, Creamy Spinach, and Cheese Deluxe. In 90 minutes, I ordered a Margherita and a Pepperoni Pizza. The bread is crunchy outside and soft inside. Despite being burnt, the burn taste is covered with spices. They're not stingy with the spices. It's good. I want to try every menu, but I can't do it solo 😂. My friend recommends I try Creamy Spinach. But, I don't really like spinach tastes different than other vegetables. Maybe, next time. Margherita doesn't have meat but tastes good with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil. The pepperoni is the same but fresh basil is changed to beef pepperoni. I don't know why, but Margherita tastes better for me.

The place is cozy and has a good view of PIK's beautiful night. They have a big glass to see outside.

Tbh, it's not a challenge. In Indonesia, All-You-Can-Eat and buffet restaurants are common here. It's best for customers who want to try everything without paying per menu, customers pay based on how many customers are on a table.
