Back to Monday again, I think it's still the weekend 😁. I love weekends more because weekend means more customers and more money to me. It's good to have work still while I got the news that some companies are not hiring more to stop the "laying off" season. More and more of my friends feel it's hard to find work. Sad to see that.

Despite that, there is a national holiday on 2 days again called Labor Day. For me, it's a yearly social movement that causes traffic jams all day just for ungrateful people who already get a decent wage and work. Usually, it's just about 3 things:

• They want more wages every year. Yearly raised wages aren't enough.
• They don't want to get laid off, change jobs, or get more work.
• They don't want to get fewer work hours to cut wages and improve production efficiency

The last thing is the company's strategy to stop laying off but denied by laborers and the government due to a law. Without government help, they can just have 2 choices, Lay off or keep. I don't know what will happen on Labor Day after they shout out about "no hiring" for a moment.

Me without filter: Just lay off who's joining the mass ._. take those who really want to work first and are not lazy. Maximize wages for them. Fewer people with more productivity are better 👍.

If the laborers don't want that wage, maybe just give it to my friends who applied to many jobs and didn't get any until now 😢. They want to work at least with a minimum wage now. Based on what I've found, Labor's wage is around minimum wage x 110%. Some of my friends' wages are still around 90% to 100% of the minimum wage. I hope they won't do any trouble again this year, but of course, I doubt that.

After all the facts that happened in my country, I'm surprised that ALIVE is rising without a warning 😲. What just happened? Did I miss something? 🤔. Well, I'll look at it tomorrow to know what's going on. Sad to see HIVE is going down. Keep up the good positive thinking! Still not below $0.3!
