First Draws Opening! - Splinterlands Weekly Giveaway (Win Free GOLD-FOILED Card) - Round #1223

Hello, Splinterpeeps!

Welcome to the 1223th round of Splinterlands giveaway! Focus rewards are now part of the Splinterlands' history and we have entered a new way of rewarding players for Ranked battle wins... From the last game update with every win, we are rewarded with GLINT tokens (similar to Reward Points before), but there are no focus rewards, nor daily focus "missions" where you can be rewarded with bonus points... So, from now on, you can always play with your best team, without pushing cards that are in the "current focus"...

I have decided to keep more-less a similar way of doing these posts, and I have continued the number of rounds despite being a different way of opening chests... Also, I'm still not quite sure how to proceed with buying these "draws", so these first posts will be a bit all over the place... 😂

As this was the first time that I was testing this method, I improvised with opening my "draws"... I have collected a bit more than 13K GLINT tokens in the last week (or from the end of the season), but I didn't know how it works, so I began with buying only 1 ELITE DRAW...

My latest Draws chests content:

Got 2 EPIC Will-O-Wisp cards which weren't bad at all...

I bought another ELITE draw and got 2 EPIC Kra'ar Xoc cards! Another win! 😃

As these ELITE draws were a bit expensive, I went down the "ladder" and bought 5 VETERAN draws...

This looked much better... More chests opened at once, and not that bad loot... 2 Summoners and 14 common cards... I could do more of these VETERAN draws next time...

And for the end, I opened 9 ADEPT draws, got another EPIX Will-O-Wisp, 2 RARE Riverboat Captain cards and the rest were commons...

In conclusion, I'm thinking of opening more Veteran and Adept draws next week as opening more chests is more interesting... Maybe occasionally I will buy something more expensive, or I can do that at the end of the season? Will see how it goes... At least, with these changes, I'm not getting tons of potions that I don't need...
