[ENG/DEU] Many Topics: Voting Service, "Members of the Day", Thanks for Support, Further Existence of CryptoCompany
Here is the expected post after the incident about the CryptoCompany Voting Service. But I would also like to address other topics: the adjustments to the service, support for CryptoCompany and ultimately the existence of CryptoCompany.
Hier nun das erwartete Posting nach dem Vorfall über den CryptoCompany Voting Service. Aber auch weitere Themen möchte ich ansprechen: die Anpassungen des Service, Unterstützung von CryptoCompany und letztlich die Existenz von CryptoCompany.
Background:
For those who haven't noticed, there have been complaints about the CryptoCompany Voting Service on the assumption that this is a crude voting service. I find the most amusing title to be “a vote buying service disguised as a game”. As part of my responsibility to CryptoCompany and the community around it, I have signaled a willingness to engage in dialogue. As always with CryptoCompany, my focus is on solutions rather than labeling circumstances as problems and engaging in any downvote wars.
Before I go on about how the service is not a crude voting service, which you can already do read here, let's focus on the new things:
Vorgeschichte:
Wer es nicht mitbekommen hat: es gab Beschwerden über den CryptoCompany Voting Service in der Annahme, dass dies ein plumper Voting-Service sei. Die amüsanteste Titulierung empfinde ich als "ein als Spiel getarntes Votekauf-Service". Im Rahmen meiner Verantwortung für CryptoCompany und die Gemeinschaft darum habe ich Dialogbereitschaft signalisiert. Wie immer bei CryptoCompany, lege ich meinen Fokus auf Lösungen, statt Gegebenheiten als Probleme zu bezeichnen und in irgendwelchen Downvote-Kriegen einzugehen.
Bevor ich hier nun erneut erörtere, dass der Service kein plumper Voting Service ist, was man alles bereits hier nachlesen kann, lass uns auf die neuen Dingen konzentrieren:
Conversion of the voting service:
As before, the voting activity will focus on Hivians who support CryptoCompany. However, since not all types of support within the complaints can be honored 1 to 1, in a “For this you get a vote from CryptoCompany”, I have adapted the rules. I have already discussed the new criteria with several supporters, but I am putting them up again for discussion within the community. Also @pharesim, @acidyo and @stayoutoftherz are invited to participate constructively in the dialog.
The most important thing: There will no longer be a service called “Voting Service”. I will leave the subpage online for a while, with a corresponding note to inform users who have not yet noticed the changeover. The Hive Power available to CryptoCompany will in future be allocated via a program called “Members of the Day”.
And as already mentioned: in the following days I will be offering new, worthwhile offers for the CCD token. We can be sure: things are moving forward and upwards!
The goal of the deposited Hive Power is still to honor the support of CryptoCompany. Below I list several points that I would review. This list is not complete. For example, @ecoinstant has several times ensured that the CCD retains its value in the pool - an act that is beneficial to the whole community and all investors, but not necessarily explicitly listed as a point. There is no static weighting of points. On the contrary, occasionally I would weight the points differently. Depending on what CryptoCompany needs at the time. However, I would not do this in secret, but always communicate it in the “Members of the Day” postings. Basically, the principle is simple: do good for the community and the community will do good for you.
None of the following is a MUST, but will help you earn points towards becoming a Member of the Day. Again, there is no key element or compelling need to do anything.
There is also no guarantee of becoming a “Member of the Day”. What was enough to get a vote today might not be enough tomorrow due to greater competition. But it might be enough again the day after tomorrow. My tip: just do the best you can - just as CryptoCompany does the best it can for you. Then we can continue to grow together.

Wie zuvor, wird sich die Voting-Aktivität auf Hivians fokussieren, welche CryptoCompany unterstützen. Da aber innerhalb der Beschwerden nicht alle Arten der Unterstützung 1 zu 1 honorierbar sind, in ein "Dafür bekommst Du ein Vote von CryptoCompany", habe ich die Regeln angepasst. Die nun neuen Kriterien habe ich bereits mit mehreren Unterstützern besprochen, stelle sie aber nochmal zur Diskussion innerhalb der Gemeinschaft. Auch @pharesim, @acidyo und @stayoutoftherz sind dazu eingeladen, konstruktiv am Dialog teilzunehmen.
Das Wichtigste: Es wird keinen Service mehr namens "Voting Service" geben. Die Unterseite lasse ich noch eine Zeit lang online, versehen mit einem entsprechenden Hinweis, um Nutzer zu informieren, die von der Umstellung bisher nichts mitbekommen haben. Die Hive Power, welche CryptoCompany zur Verfügung steht, werde ich zukünftig über ein Programm namens "Members of the Day" vergeben.
Und wie bereits erwähnt: in den folgenden Tagen werde ich neue, lohnenswerte Angebote für den CCD Token anbieten. Wir können uns sicher sein: es geht nach vorne und nach oben!
Ziel der hinterlegten Hive Power ist es weiterhin, die Unterstützung von CryptoCompany zu honorieren. Folgend liste ich mehrere Punkte, welche ich begutachten würde. Diese Liste ist nicht komplett. Beispielsweise hat @ecoinstant mehrmals dafür gesorgt, dass der CCD seinen Wert im Pool behält - eine Tat, welche der ganzen Gemeinschaft und allen Investoren zuträglich ist, aber nicht unbedingt explizit als Punkt aufgelistet. Es gibt keine statische Gewichtung der Punkte. Im Gegenteil: gelegentlich würde ich die Punkte unterschiedlich gewichten. Im Rahmen dessen, was CryptoCompany gerade braucht. Das würde ich aber nicht im Geheimen tun, sondern immer im Rahmen der "Members of the Day" Postings kommunizieren. Im Grunde ist das Prinzip einfach: tue Gutes für die Gemeinschaft und die Gemeinschaft tut Gutes für Dich.
Keiner der folgenden Punkte ist ein MUSS, trägt aber dazu bei, dass Du Punkte sammelst, um ein "Member of the Day" zu werden. Nochmals: es gibt kein Schlüsselelement oder keinen zwingenden Bedarf irgendetwas zu tun.
Ebenfalls gibt es keine Garantie, ein "Member of the Day" zu werden. Was heute gereicht hat, um dafür ein Vote zu bekommen, könnte morgen schon, durch größere Konkurrenz, nicht reichen. Dafür aber eventuell übermorgen wieder. Mein Tipp: mache einfach das Beste was Du kannst - so wie CryptoCompany auch für Dich das Beste macht, was es kann. Dann können wir auch weiterhin gemeinsam wachsen.

My plan is to write every day a report who was voted and what was the reasons for that. So you can be inspired by that and adjust/improve your support for CryptoCompany. Additional you can be informed about what CryptoCompany needs right now and in the next time and on what you can score.
These changes might minimize the consumption and burn of the CCD for a moment (don't worry, I will provide other consumption options in the next few days; new features will be rolled out as soon as possible!) But: the new criteria will help CryptoCompany and all members to grow further, gain more promotion and engage the community more closely - and ultimately reward better for engagement.
Of course, this means a lot of work for me to create the scripts, but life is change and adapting to the current circumstances. I will keep you informed about improvements within the new system.
Mein Plan ist es, jeden Tag einen Bericht zu schreiben, wer auserkoren wurde und was die Gründe dafür waren. So kannst Du Dich davon inspirieren lassen und Deine Unterstützung für die CryptoCompany anpassen/verbessern. Zusätzlich kann man so erfahren, was CryptoCompany jetzt und in der nächsten Zeit braucht und dass man damit punkten kann.
Diese Änderungen könnten erstmal den Konsum und Burn des CCD minimieren (keine Sorge, ich werde andere Konsummöglichkeiten in den nächsten Tagen bereitstellen; jetzt werden schnellstmöglich neue Funktionen rausgeballert!). Aber: die neuen Kriterien werden CryptoCompany und allen Mitgliedern helfen weiter zu wachsen, mehr Promotion zu erlangen und die Gemeinschaft enger einzubinden - und letztlich besser für Engagement zu belohnen.
Natürlich bedeutet das für mich erstmal eine Menge Arbeit für die Erstellung entsprechender Skript, aber Leben ist Veränderung und Anpassung an die aktuellen Gegebenheiten. Ich werde euch immer über Verbesserungen innerhalb des neuen Systems informieren.

An important point for me to report. Of course, I have received a few questions from concerned Hivians asking “What will happen to the CCD now?”. Concerns have arisen and I have had to answer a lot of questions. Of course, a few CCD users have also exchanged their CCD for SWAP.HIVE directly in the pool and the price has fallen in the short term. But now comes the good news:
Despite the developments that on the surface could be seen as “negative”, support for CryptoCompany has actually intensified. The project now has even more delegated Hive Power than before the complaints and we have exceeded 250,000.000 Hive Power available to the project. This is not the only milestone.
Swapping CCDs? I'm so fine with people swapping their CCD because the voting service is no longer available in its old form. Why do I think that's okay? Because it sorts out who is only here to primarily skim quickly or who really supports CryptoCompany and the growth of all. So gratitude here too. As a community, we need true supporters. And the last few days have shown that we have them:
More Hive Power (over 250,000 HP available!) and energetic Hivians who took advantage of the CCD's price to buy cheap because they believe in the project, but also want to actively support the CCD and CryptoCompany.
And also all the comments since the incident are a waterfall of encouragement and expressed conviction to be on the right track. We need these Hivians!

Mir ein wichtiger Punkt, zu berichten. Natürlich haben mich ein paar Fragen von besorgten Hivians erreicht "Was passiert nun mit dem CCD?". Sorgen sind aufgetaucht und ich durfte eine Menge Fragen beantworten. Klar haben ein paar CCD Benutzer ihre CCD auch direkt im Pool gegen SWAP.HIVE umgetauscht und der Kurs ist kurzfristig gefallen. Aber jetzt kommen die guten Nachrichten:
Trotz der Entwicklungen, die man vordergründig als "negativ" betrachten könnte, hat sich die Unterstützung für CryptoCompany sogar intensiviert. Das Projekt hat nun noch mehr delegierte Hive Power als vor den Beschwerden und wir haben 250,000 Hive Power überschritten, welche dem Projekt zur Verfügung stehen. Nicht nur dies ist ein Meilenstein.
CCD swappen? Ich bin sowas von fein damit, wenn Leute ihre CCD swappen, weil nun der Voter in seiner alten Form nicht länger verfügbar ist. Warum finde ich das okay? Weil somit aussortiert wird, wer nur hier ist, um primär schnell abzusahnen oder wer CryptoCompany und das Wachstum Aller wirklich unterstützt. Von daher auch hier Dankbarkeit. Wir als Gemeinschaft brauchen wahre Unterstützer. Und dass wir diese haben, hat sich in den letzten Tagen wieder gezeigt:
Mehr Hive Power (über 250,000 HP verfügbar!) und tatkräftige Hivians, welche den Kurs des CCD genutzt haben um günstig zu kaufen, weil sie an das Projekt glauben, aber auch aktiv den CCD und CryptoCompany unterstützen wollen.
Und auch all die Kommentare seit dem Vorfall sind ein Wasserfall an Zuspruch und geäußerter Überzeugung auf dem richtigen Weg zu sein. Diese Hivians brauchen wir!

Primeiramente eu gostaria de parabenizar pela postura que adotou frente às críticas que chegaram, o que me deixou bastante tranquilo com o futuro do projeto. Pois são nos momentos de tensão que identificamos os verdadeiros líderes.
Quanto ao extinto modelo de queima de tokens CCD eu imagino que alguma movimentação no mercado é esperada, e tudo bem! Não significa que são usuários desonestos abandonando o projeto, apenas as coisas convergiram para que novos rumos fossem tomados por alguns, rumos diferentes dos nossos.
Para os que ficarão, como eu, continuarei queimando CCD como pagamento para entrar no torneio BROBANG, e espero que seja possível desenvolver outros minigames cobrando entrada em CCD com possibilidade de prêmios diversos (podemos discutir algo no discord que a conversa é mais dinâmica!)

I liked the new system and I will continue to support the project. After analyzing it calmly, I see that there are many situations that contribute to being a “Member of the Day”. I may be overusing words, but here are some suggestions:
1 - Why don't you define specific themes for each day of the week? Like, 3 fixed themes per day. You don't have to change them every week. It's easier to select, it reduces your workload. it's too random to have so many themes every day.
2 - Define 3 specific tags to compete for “Members of the Day”, like #cryptocompany, #ccd and #membersofthecompany. These tags will help to spread the word about the community. The more people use them, the more people will appear who are interested in the cryptocompany.
3 - Will it follow the same voting pattern from 100% to 80% or will it be based on the number of posts that meet the community standard?
I could mention one or two more situations, but I don't want to go too far... Congratulations on your excellent work.
I love your positive approach to difficulties and changes, and I am sure your new updates will be very interesting.

A growing community will always encounter a part where we need to adapt with the ecosystem, I'm glad you are very open in making necessary adjustment for the betterment of the community . More Power to the community !
it is not like I disagree with this, but I want to point out an area of concern from my point of view.
you are more likely a single fighter, if you do what written above, it is great on that but you will lose quite good time that are need to complete this game, or to improve it up to next level.
so you might need to learn to add some extra workforce for it, someone who share same taste, value, and vision as you. Well you have only 24 hours a day, you can't add more , it's God's given.

One of the next points has to be to find more manpower. Because your concerns are not just a thought. We can see the effect of lacking manpower all the time - this is the reason why CCCEO is "slow".
I tried several times to find manpower. Here & in forums on the web 2.0. But for sure the next approach will be published here very fast. Plus I will try to give away smaller tasks to community members - if they like to handle it.
I 100% agree with you; the workload and weight on me is immense. Two days vacation is a dream for me... and I don't see it in the near future. This is a topic which needs to be addressed.

These changes are a good adaptive idea, but it's going to give you even more work and I think that's unfair.
I thought that systematically burning the CCDs sent for voting would be enough, that's what's done for the neoxian voting bot I think.
As for paying for votes, that's widely done on Hive, for example you just have to buy and keep BRO tokens to benefit from an automatic upvote, that's just an illustration.
I remain a fervent supporter of CCD and of course keep all my tokens.

I find the approach of not seeing the opposing sides as a problem
and starting a downvote war but working on solutions and entering into dialog very admirable. I give you credit for that and many on Hive can take an example from you.
