Great news! I would like to tell you about the latest developments and give you something to look forward to!

The following sounds suboptimal at first, but wait...
After several campaigns (which some would call conflicts - I don't. I believe every Hivian is trying to do the best they can for our lovely blockchain) opened by @acidyo and targeting other users, communities, services and token distributors, the CryptoCompany voting service has now been called out.
Acidyo's current “How do we make Hive a better place” campaign has fortunately now also gained support from @pharesim, which makes me very happy. Because good campaigns always need strong advocates and supporters if you really want to achieve something that you might not be able to achieve as a lone fighter. (I speak from experience as a lone fighter...) Unfortunately, Pharsim has not yet informed itself comprehensively about CryptoCompany, as it has stated itself, but perhaps that will come and we can look forward to further support as a community. Maybe. It doesn't look that way at the moment, if I may quote the following, but we can still hope... (Although I personally rely less on hope and more on action).
I don't know what cryptocompany does. I don't know if CCD has other use cases, and what its market looks like. And I don't care.

Folgendes klingt erstmal suboptimal, aber warte...
Nach mehreren Kampagnen (die manche als Konflikte bezeichnen würden - ich nicht. Ich glaube ja, ein Jeder Hivian versucht das Beste im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten für unsere liebenswürdige Blockchain zu tun), die von @acidyo eröffnet wurden und sich auf andere Nutzer, Gemeinschaften, Dienste und Token-Vertreiber bezogen, wurde nun der CryptoCompany Voting Service aufgerufen.
Acidyo hat in seiner aktuellen "Wie machen wir Hive einen besseren Ort" Kampagne glücklicherweise nun auch Unterstützung bei @pharsim eingeholt, was mich sehr freut. Denn gute Kampagnen brauchen immer starke Fürsprecher und Supporter, wenn man wirklich etwas erreichen will, was man als Einzelkämpfer eventuell nicht schafft. (Da spreche ich aus Einzelkämpfer-Erfahrung...) Pharsim hat sich zwar leider noch nicht umfassend über CryptoCompany informiert, wie es selbst geäußert hat, aber vielleicht kommt das ja noch und wir können uns als Gemeinschaft auf weitere Unterstützung freuen. Eventuell. Sieht zwar aktuell nicht so aus, wenn ich folgendes Zitat bringen darf, aber man darf ja noch hoffen... (Wobei ich persönlich weniger auf Hoffnung baue, stattdessen lieber auf Taten.)

Be that as it may: In the context of an article, I was advised to reconsider the CryptoCompany Voting Service. Consequently, I have taken this as a suggestion to pause the CryptoCompany Voting Service for the time being. All CCD for outstanding orders will of course be returned to the person who placed the order once this article has been published.
Is that a bad thing? No!
Wie dem auch sei: Im Rahmen eines Artikels wurde mir ans Herz gelegt, den CryptoCompany Voting Service zu überdenken. Folglich habe ich dies als Anregung genommen, den CryptoCompany Voting Service aktuell zu pausieren. Alle CCD für noch offene Bestellungen werden nach Veröffentlichung dieses Artikels natürlich zurück an die Besteller gesendet.

Just like every true Hivian works on improving our blockchain and wants to make sure that our blockchain is attractive for its users, so do I.
And to actively support Acidyo in its “How do we make Hive a better place” campaign, I am now in the process of changing a few things.
Since CryptoCompany was only included in Acidyo's campaign a few hours ago, I don't have a finalized plan on what to adjust and improve and where, but one thing is clear:
Even though the voter is now paused, and not coming back in its current form to not undermine Acidyo's campaign, this is a great opportunity to create something even better, more awesome.
Several great members of the CryptoCompany community have already put forward suggestions and ideas on what to do and how to do it. Please forgive me if I don't name these Hivians here, as I'm not sure to what extent it's okay for Acidyo if Hivians also want to make our blockchain a better and kinder place and work alongside it. I don't want to create competition... Everyone just does what they can - and that's fine. But a clear:

Und um Acidyo ebenfalls tatkräftig bei seiner "Wie machen wir Hive einen besseren Ort" Kampagne zu unterstützen, bin ich nun gerade dabei, ein paar Dinge zu verändern.
Da CryptoCompany erst vor wenigen Stunden in Acidyos Kampagne inkludiert wurde, habe ich noch keinen fertig ausgearbeiteten Plan, was ich wie/wo anpasse und verbessere, aber eines ist klar:
Auch wenn der Voter nun pausiert, und um Acidyos Kampagne nicht zu untergraben nicht in seiner jetzigen Form zurückkommt, ist dies ein großartiger Anlass, um etwas noch besseres, großartigeres zu erschaffen.
Mehrere großartige Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft um CryptoCompany haben bereits Vorschläge und Ideen eingebracht, was man wie machen könnte. Bitte verzeiht mir, wenn ich diese Hivians hier nicht benenne, da ich mir nicht sicher bin, in wie weit es für Acidyo okay ist, wenn Hivians ebenfalls unsere Blockchain zu einem besseren und liebenswürdigeren Ort machen wollen und parallel zu ihm wirken. Ich will da kein Konkurrenzdenken aufbauen... Ein jeder tut einfach was er kann - und damit ist es gut. Aber ein klares:
"Danke!" an alle Mitwirkenden!
One thing is clear:
The voting service has played an important role within CryptoCompany, the promotion and the CCD. Therefore, I am sure that I will find the best solution(s) to not only harmonize with Acidyo's improvement campaign, make the most of it and preserve the value and use case for CCD. No, now it's not just about compensating, it's about improving!
You can be sure that I will not look at this situation negatively, but will make the best of it and improve CryptoCompany and CCD so that we as a community will emerge better, stronger and with more power to grow. I wouldn't be PowerPaul if I didn't think and act like this.
A few messages have already reached me expressing displeasure with Acidyo's campaign. But again, I would like to say:
I understand your skepticism or even anger about this campaign (if you don't fully understand it). And yes, probably not many can. But we can be happy! I don't want to see any resentment towards Acidyo! We all know that everyone is doing the best they can - and that is honorable! On the contrary, we can be grateful that Acidyo gives me and us the impetus to improve. Therefore:
Cheers to new, better, great solutions! The suspension of the voting service will not harm CryptoCompany and the CCD, but on the contrary, will create something even better for CryptoCompany and all its contributors. Updates on the developments will certainly follow in the next few days - I will try to implement and communicate the improvements as quickly as possible in order to minimize any possible damage caused by the loss of this CCD usage option.

Ein paar Nachrichten haben mich bereits erreicht, in denen Missmut gegenüber Acidyos Kampagne geäußert wurde. Aber auch hier möchte ich erneut sagen:
Ich verstehe eure Skepsis oder gar Wut über diese Kampagne (wenn man diese eventuell nicht vollends versteht). Und ja, das können wahrscheinlich nicht Viele. Aber wir können uns freuen! Einen Missmut gegenüber Acidyo möchte ich nicht sehen! Wir alle wissen: ein Jeder tut das Beste was er kann - und das ist ehrenswert! Vielmehr können wir dankbar sein, das Acidyo auch mir und uns den Impuls zur Verbesserung reicht. Von daher:
Ein Hoch auf neue, bessere, großartige Lösungen! Die Pausiertung des Voting Service wird CryptoCompany und dem CCD keinen Schaden zufügen, sondern sogar ganz im Gegenteil, etwas noch Besseres für CryptoCompany und all seine Mitwirkenden hervorbringen. Updates zu den Entwicklungen werden gewiss die nächsten Tage folgen - ich werde versuchen die Verbesserungen so schnell wie möglich umzusetzen bzw. zu kommunizieren, um einen möglichen Schaden durch den Ausfall dieser Nutzungsmöglichkeit des CCD so gering wie möglich zu halten.

Everything have their own pros and cons, and most of the time everything just look grey, sometime what we think is wrong turns out right and what we think is right turns out wrong. There always be two side of a coin, and sometime it is a dice with 6 sides.
I have been part in CCCEO community for around 3 years, through FOMO and downs. When many people decided to leave for greener pastures, I chose to stay here. Just let me know how I can help, although I can not do much.

I'm totally on board with the "How do we make Hive better" campaign. Personally, I'm not convinced that token burn curation submission is damaging to Hive, except that many big investors have made that claim and seem convinced.
I'll say it again, I truly desire to make Hive better and I will add this: if turning off the CCD voting service will help do that, then I'll support the decision. My only two issues are:
the time, effort, skill and creative energy put into the project being nullified really bothers me. It's a brilliant voting service, the best I've interacted with in almost 8 years on the Blockchain. Again, if a case can be made to justify its termination, I'm all ears, otherwise ... Why?
All the CCD bought by investors will no longer be burned. I see no issue with a manual voting system that burns tokens. Every HIVE or swap.hive exchanged for the token, then burned for curation consideration, is more HIVE off the market, less sell orders, more potential buy orders. Adding an incentive to buy hive and potentially more buy orders for CCD, (which is currently under-valued in my opinion), while also reducing CCD supply, seems like a win, win, win. But again, perhaps there's more to this that I just don't understand and haven't figured out in all the time I've been on chain.
I sincerely desire to make Hive better. If terminating the CCD voter will do this, then I will 100% enthusiastically support it. But if this is just a "paid curation = bad" campaign, I would need some use cases and evidence of that. There are smart people out there that probably know better than me, I just don't want to see a high quality service like this terminated without a very good reason.

I have ZERO interest in fighting anyone or anything, just seeking to discover the best solutions and outcomes for both the Hive ecosystem and individuals within the community interacting in the ecosystem. If there are disagreements, we must remember we're all on the same team here.
I agree, this is why I believe that the final outcome of this project is going to be magnificent. Both praise and criticism are tools that you use to elevate the project. That is how we got such an excellent curation tool in the first place! If there are specific (and useful) criticisms towards this curation project, it would make for a great conversation that can be used to improve the mechanisms. But a criticism so severe that the only solution is dismantling it completely? How is that helpful for anyone?
This is the reality of the blockchain, by design. Those who either invest heavily or bought in early and have acquired a large stake, will have GREAT influence over the actions and behaviors of others. Everyone has a carrot and a stick, some carrots and sticks are bigger than others. No point in complaining about not having as big a stick as someone else, it's not a stick contest. :-)
I'm all about adaptation to external forces which create circumstances beyond our control (like HIVE dropping or rising in value or someone accessing and changing keys), but dismantling a project out of fear of a "hit" from an INTERNAL force, that's something else entirely.
I never encourage complaining or "pity", I am 100% focused on gratefulness and looking forward. But we also must not deceive ourselves and degrade our hard work and time. If you choose to disable the service, I know it'll be for a good reason and I know you'll use this energy for positive building, you already are!
I am very grateful that you are taking this as an opportunity to create something EVEN BETTER - and I know you will succeed! I look forward to seeing what you come up with. If you want to run anything by me, I'm happy to alpha/beta test.

It's my first time stumbling upon https://cryptocompany.ceo/. I was browsing the tokens in my Hive Engine wallet, and then I saw a new token added to my wallet. I checked who sent it. It was @ freecompliments. He sent it 11 hours ago, and I don't know why. I got curious and checked your site and stumbled upon three articles that talk about the "politics" of voting service. This is the second article. I haven't read the third article yet. Browsing most of the interactions, I think this is the most diplomatic way to resolve differences. How I wish other Hivians would follow your example.

Appreciate the understanding and looking to adapt, I guess I was still living in 2020 when we had just gotten rid of bid bots and thought it'd be obvious why these are bad and should be stopped. Surprisingly many did not know or experience it first-hand, but thankfully you're not just giving up and taking it personally as that was never my intent.
I like to invest in many hive dapps, especially games so if I see you using your votes well I'll take a deeper look into the project later.
