Spirituality is an essential thing for a person’s mental health, because it elevates him to his home. It is very wonderful of positivity and serenity that a person needs in order to be able to lead his life in light of the many bad things that surround us in our world. Therefore, spirituality cannot be neglected and cannot be avoided. Rather, we need to We know how to get there.

There are many innately spiritual people who have a sound inner instinct. They do not need a teacher, but rather they become teachers over time because they were able to keep away from the bad lusts of life, which distances a person from beautiful spirituality.

But for ordinary people, do they need a teacher of spirituality? For me, it is not necessary because spirituality is an inner belief that comes from conviction and a good understanding of life, good and evil. Therefore, if a person sits with himself to meditate, he will know the meaning of spirituality and will reach it little by little over time.

I do not deny that the presence of a teacher will facilitate the way for you and will convince you of many things that you may not care about and will implant goodness inside you, but I said that it is not necessary because first you can reach it by yourself and secondly, no one will be able to implant in you faith and spirituality. Whatever you hear or read, you need yourself.

So for me, the best way to reach spirituality if you don't get a teacher is to meditate and reflect on everything around you, differentiate between good and evil, and seek the good qualities that have disappeared from our world these days.

Look for good friends and create a clean environment around you free from moral pollutants that will only get you in the end for the worst. Therefore, the path towards spirituality will be easy and simple as long as you want it and strive towards it.

In the end, we need spirituality these days, and not just a group or teachers who own it, but all members of society to be one hand with love and goodness so that we can reach a virtuous world that exists on the ground and not only in books and stories.
