In the past days, we witnessed a new decline for Bitcoin in its journey around 40 thousand dollars, as the price reached almost 38 thousand dollars, which caused great concern not because of reaching this price, but rather the fear of a drop to lower levels, as the current crisis between Ukraine and Russia is still continuing and we have not reached to a solution so far.

But in the meantime, the price rebounded strongly to break the barrier of 40 thousand dollars and rise significantly by up to 7% today, as the price has now reached 41,400 dollars, and indeed most other cryptocurrencies rose by almost the same percentage.

Where the price of Ethereum reached $2700, an increase of 7%, and Terra continued to shine as well, reaching $93, with the largest increase of 17%. As for the Hive coin, it also rose to a 4% rise and reached a price of $0.88, and we hope that it will break the 90-cent barrier in the coming hours.

If the bitcoin continues like this and stabilizes for a few days we may see a big rally for most of the altcoins that did not rise but wait for some stability from the bitcoin.

Did investors seize the opportunity?

Buying from low levels is only done by people with strong hearts, so I think that some investors took advantage of the opportunity and bought from low levels, and that pushed the price in this way.

We know that cryptocurrencies in the long run will perform well, but in light of the current crisis, the purchase of cryptocurrencies or any assets in general will be somewhat low, as many people need liquidity in light of the high prices significantly due to the economic crisis caused by the war.

So, the purchases at this time may be made by whales who have great liquidity at this time, but in any case, this rise at this time is good and led to the rise of MarketCap by at least 100 billion dollars.

We are waiting to see more rise and head towards 45 thousand dollars, as this will give more confidence to investors who are looking for a safe investment at this time, where sanctions and confusion in economic decisions and I hope everything will be better soon and we see peace all over the world.
