These are things we so rarely stop to appreciate, but we should because, one day, my friends, most of us… okay, yeah, I know. No one wants to consider it.
Too true. On the (thankfully) rare occasions I have had similar experiences it has caused me to pause and realise how drastically different my life would be if I couldn't rely on being able to hold onto the waste in my body until I was ready to let it go. Thanks for the reminder to be grateful yet again. I'll forget tomorrow again, but at least, right this second, I'm grateful. !LOL
