Bei herrlichem Sommerwetter hat es uns heute Nachmittag natürlich wieder nach Draußen gezogen. An einem kleinen Fluss entlang und an landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen vorbei führte der Weg.

Wie fast immer leider nicht ohne achtlos weggeworfenen Müll.

Es ist zwar relativ wenig, dafür aber sehr problematischer Abfall! 😡

Mit problematisch meine ich die leeren Getränkedosen. Diese habe ich am Rande einer landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche, also einer Weide, zusammengelesen. Auf dieser Wiese werden irgendwann wieder Kühe weiden.
Mein Schwager hat einen Bauernhof, auf dem er Kühe zur Fleischproduktion züchtet. Im Jahr 2020 musste er 2 Tiere Notschlachten, weil diese weggeworfene Getränkedosen gefressen hatten. Das ist zum einen für das Tier ein sehr qualvoller Tod und zum Anderen für den Bauern ein echter Verlust. Die leeren Dosen werden von den Tieren zerkaut und das scharfe Aluminiumblech zerschneidet ihnen quasi die Eingeweide! Entschuldigt bitte die drastische Sprache, aber das ist wirklich wichtig.

Die Krönung des ganzen war, dass die Dosen nicht mal leer getrunken waren. Offenbar war die Plörre nicht einmal genießbar.

Da nun der Dampf abgelassen und die Gefahr beseitigt ist, kommen wir zum Abschluss noch zu den schönen Dingen.
Am Wegesrand konnten wir diese prächtigen Rosenbüsche in voller Blüte bestaunen. Ich glaube es handelt sich um die so genannte Bibernell-Rose (Rosa spinosissima L.), korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege 😄.

With beautiful summer weather, it has drawn us this afternoon of course again outside. Along a small river and past agricultural land led the way.

As almost always, unfortunately, not without carelessly discarded trash.

It is relatively little, but very problematic waste! 😡

By problematic I mean the empty beverage cans. I picked these up at the edge of an agricultural area, i.e. a pasture. Cows will eventually graze on this pasture again.
My brother-in-law has a farm where he raises cows for meat production. In 2020 he had to emergency slaughter 2 animals because they had eaten discarded beverage cans. This is a very painful death for the animal on the one hand and a real loss for the farmer on the other. The empty cans are chewed by the animals and the sharp aluminum sheet cuts them so to speak the guts! Please excuse the drastic language, but this is very important.

The cherry on top of it all was that the cans weren't even drunk empty. Apparently, the slop was not even enjoyable.

Now that the steam is off and the danger has been eliminated, let's finish with the beautiful things.
Along the way we could marvel at these magnificent rose bushes in full bloom. I think it is the so-called burnet rose (Rosa spinosissima L.), correct me if I'm wrong 😄.
