Trust no one with your money
Money is the root of all evil, when people fail to keep their promises they tend to put the blame on others….
If you want to keep your friends do not lend them money you can’t afford to lose or else you will end up losing both the money and your friend …..
I didn’t believe in all this until it started to happen to me, even though I didn’t let that cause a fight because whenever I lend people money i never ask them, I expect them to pay me at their convenient time but some take it for granted and even some thinks he has forgotten he borrowed them money
Some people try to act smart but at the end, they end up fooling themselves because how can someone in his right sense think a lender would forget he gave out his money because he didn’t ask and because of that, they didn’t make an attempt to pay back!
It hurt but it has become a norm, So nowadays I don’t lend to people money I can’t afford to lose after many unfulfilled promises by those who ask for help before them…
Trusting people with your money is another mistake you should never do..
Tonight I was chatting with an old friend and she was telling me how she worked hard and end up saving 52 000 naira for a business …
She gave this money to a church member who promised to help her buy some oil that she can start selling but a week after she gave him the money, the man stopped coming to church and didn’t contact her for the oil or any information about the money…
It has been 2 months now and yet nothing from the man, I told her the money is gone but she still believes she can get it back which I seriously doubt!
Some humans can’t be trusted with money and most time it is hard for people to pay back money they got from others but still it is just lack of dignity that make people run away with others money or refuse to pay what they owe …

I see no reason one would think the best way to be financially stable is to hurt others or steal from others, that mentality should be abolish.
You are right I feel that money is gone too because its over months and no response...

Human beings cannot be trusted with money, the funny aspect is that some will come through borrowing, and in the end, it ends up so ugly.
I have made this mistake in the past due to my soft heart but people take it to their advantage. Everyone has one issue or the other, but as human beings, we try to stretch ourselves just to help others but it hurts when they take us as fools.
My past experiences with lending are not funny. Even now, someone still owing me #20,000 since January... He said no gas, no food for the kids, borrow me and I will pay next week, next week till date. This same person opened a laundry business 3 months ago. Is that not wickedness?
Well, I have learned to dash if I have rather than borrow to avoid unnecessary hurt .

just imagine, i have a similar experience too, lent the man 30k and he didnt even talk about it talkless of paying but i have let it go and now very careful... that is human
Money can make people behave and act inhumanly sometimes I wonder where they keep their conscience when doing they things they do.
All these are just signs that we are living in a wicked and end time.

Is true, if you want to keep friends, don't lend them money. This money issue has caused a lot of distrust amongst friends,and brought in broken relationships, fight,death, police custody because of money.

This is so sad. You're right. Money brings a lot of issue among friends. Apart from even lending, sometimes you'll go to buy something with a friend and they'll be interested in buying as well but will ask you to complete the payment and they'll give you the money once they get home. Next thing, story!!!
I have had a lot of these experience and I've been careful since then. Whatever I can't afford I'll leave it till I can. Rather than lend people money, I'll just help with what I can and ask them to find the rest elsewhere. Wahala no dey finish abeg.
