The Hive blockchain, whilst not the most crowded, can bring with it some really good, and mostly safe, wealth building opportunities.

Hive operates differently to other blockchains, where someone can come along and build a new project and get capital, there is somewhat of a barrier to entry on hive. For a project to get started there needs to be some existence of you on chain and people need to be able to verify the authenticity of your actions.

In the Binance second layer for example, you can literally be anonymous, leverage the right connections and build a project that plans to fail after it starts, running away with everyones money.

At hive though, if you do this then you become almost a social leper and the ability to generate wealth once more is severely tainted. Your actions have consequences on here. You can be anon, but you will have had to build a reputation with your anon account to be taken seriously.

That's why I like hive building opportunities, they are lower risk than many others. The ability to make gains is lowered as a result of this, but slow gains is the best way to build.

There are many ways to build here, but diversifying your portfolio is the most important. Like with BRO and Legion our growth is a mixture between token staking, curation and content creation, along with diversifying in second layer assets such as our own and others.

Hive-based businesses and entrepreneurial ventures

The real power of financial opportunity on hive comes from how easy it is to network and collaborate with other projects and communities on the hive blockchain. You can build really fast if you can leverage your own tokens to build with other communities. We have collaborated with several communities in the past and we hold several unique and wonderful tokens in our wallets to build up our hive.

The real hard part is devising your own project that has value to your own community. The easy part is making a token and getting funding for that token, most people can do that with a half decent idea and white paper -- where the real work begins is maintaining interest and having your community think that holding the token is worth more than selling it.

When you have done this then the world is your oyster. People will not only want your token but they will be willing to make deals and trades with you and leverage their project with yours. It's the real power of building together for a better purpose.

The Hive community as I've said before is quite unique in the sense that it is so much easier to collaborate and network with people. Properly done, a user can showcase their talents and skills on hive without ever needing to rub shoulders with communities and the members of those communities before opportunities come knocking.

Influencing on hive, like as it is on traditional social media, is a skill that can be used to showcase your skills and talents to everyone that is interested. A high worth post can get many views. Done right, someone could in essence become super popular with their content alone, as some have done. Hive not only boasts many large token holders, but people with the right skills and talents to draw in the views.

Having a high profile on hive can bring along with it many ways to grow and collaborate with other projects in the future. There have been several high profile influencers that have moved on to bigger and more lucrative opportunities within the realms of our blockchain. Partnerships and networking can add extra layers to your success.

We are however still very early in our chain. We are less than five years old and have many projects (including us) building ways and means for new people to reach us through a combination of web2 promotion and web3 usage! Hopefully this will bring in itself many, many opportunities.
