BRO NEWSPAPER | ISSUE 16 | 2022

We try to keep you informed about the tribes which we have invested in with Brofund, since you, as a BRO-Holder, have also invested in those projects, indirectly. Due to this, it's possible that you see some tribes often, and others not at all. This hasn't got anything to do with the tribe itself, or that these tribes are not active. It's only because of the fact that we have not (yet) invested in these projects. Since @raymondspeaks is always on the lookout for projects on Hive-Engine to possibly support, this can change from week to week.

Welcome on yet another Sunday. We are ready to share the most important and hottest news from Hive with you. Are you ready? Let's dive right in!

TRIBE & PROJECT NEWS

You better get used to it, due to the recently very strongly increased activity on the brofund account, I'll start again with:

THE MANCAVE

This week Ray talked extensively about the plans for our gaming investments. Those are solid plans that provide a good foundation to build on. You know we don't stop here. On the contrary!

Ray was also a guest on the Cryptomaniac's Podcast in which a humorous, but also very instructive conversation arose with the gentlemen among themselves. And in which Ray made some big announcements regarding CINE & BRO. Can't wait for this to be rolled out further! Imagine a TV station! If that's not bullish...

The latest development is that Ray has worked hard to put a new website online, and you can enjoy Ray his blogging skills there too. How many people do you think will have created a Hive account after 1 month, after reading a blog from our Ray? We'll see, but it's being worked on.

Of course, Ray is not the only one working on improving his own products. The men and lady from the next tribe are also doing that. And with success!

CTP / LISTNERDS

As you may have noticed we at The Mancave are real CTP/ LISTNERDS fans. As fans we are also keeping a close eye on both of the projects. And that is, of course, completely understandable. Developments have followed each other at a rapid pace in recent months.

This week we got to witness the latest development. Which, by the way, is not the least. This time it is not an improvement to Listnerds, although I am convinced that an announcement about that will also be made soon enough. But no, this week they made it possible for us to tip other hiveans with CTP! And that is of course great news! As well as an explanation of why there was suddenly so much demand for CTP, (which I would call very smart)!

Now I am not an insider within CTP/ LISTNERDS, but I have been told that this is only the first of many developments to come. It's not without reason that our own @raymondspeaks is so bullish about CTP. So far @jongolson and @blainjones haven't disappointed...and we've only gotten more bullish for CTP at The Mancave.

The last tribe for this week is none other than:

RISING STAR

Of course you know why, don't you? No worries if you don't, read on and I'll explain it!

Are you on your way to stardom yet? Do you play in a band, and do your daily missions? Have you already collected the necessary NFTs? Then you can say that you are a rising star. And as a rising star, you naturally want to stay informed of the latest news, and of the absolute MUST-HAVE that was launched this week.

The NFT launched in collaboration with CineTV. You thought you'd quickly find it in a pack? Ha, no ... it doesn't work that way this time. There will never be more than 100 cards, and these can only be bought with CINE tokens.

If you missed the announcement, you can, of course, read it all in this @cinetv blog. If after reading that blog you want your own CineTV Rising Stars NFT, then you have to be quick ... I've been told that quite a few have already been sold. And in this case, GONE IS GONE!

Now, of course, you all want to know if there is really no other way to get your hands on that card, right? And even though I'm not 100% sure, which means ... I don't know any details yet! But I have heard some rumours that there IS maybe another way to get this card. Something like, you could maybe WIN this card! Does that sound amazing or what? I'm sure more details will follow soon enough. So keep your eyes open for the CineTV tribe!

I don't want to overflow the BRO Newspaper with contests, so if you want to find more, go ahead. There are plenty that I didn't mention here. But for us it's time to see if there's some juicy gossip to share.

DID YOU KNOW THAT;

• @xawi, who is always busy with Splinterlands, finds Rising Star too boring, seriously has other interests? For example, she can enjoy dinner in a restaurant, and not just… but WITH a partner, who gives her tough looks. When we ask who he is she answers "a boy with a lot of attitude".
  Hmmm, it may not sound like it, but I foresee that this young man will hopefully play a major role in Xawi's life for a long time to come. It may not be her great love, but this young man is definitely a TRUE love for Xawi.
  
  

• At least one of the @stickupboys is a true Harry Potter fan
  And to know that, makes me curious if there will soon be gifs to admire and use in a "Magic" style. ^hint
  
  

• @raymondspeaks always has a busy schedule. He must ensure that the income of the BROs continues to flow. He is busy tapping into new sources and has to make sure that everything runs smoothly. That his rebellious team is doing their job well and that the BROs can sit back and watch their dividends roll in without a care. When asked about what Ray does on his Sunday, you expect an answer that has to do with his busy work for the BROs
  However, nothing is less true than that thought, Ray cuts the grass, plants strawberries, lettuce and spinach. Could he be preparing dinner for the BROs?
  
  

• @lordtimoty has big aspirations. We shouldn't be surprised if he soon starts walking next to his shoes. He's just looking for a flashy name, and plans to become the next "Kardashian".
  Maybe an idea for him ... The Kardashians was already known, but we can start a sequel with "Tim & Kim, The Kardashians". Then a new name is no longer necessary.
  
  

• It is not uncommon for people to fall asleep during conversations, right? You may wonder if that has to do with you, you may wonder if that has to do with what you're talking about, but you probably never think that a Doner can make people sleepy.
  That it can still happen, @evaredskin knows all about that. After eating Doner, she simply falls asleep during a conversation.
