Great post as is always kind. of agree with you, on your points. Thanks for sharing. Yes, I have seen a lot of people who have power, but they support random posts. They do not even care what the content is. I think this is. not a good way to curate. and I think this is the reason why many people are delegating their power to other curation accounts because they don't have time or they don't even want to invest there time here. a lot of accounts are dead here, it feels sad to see that.
But if you are onboarding new people or the. People who you know mostly your friends, if you have your power, then that is gonna encourage them in the early days. And that is necessary.

Big accounts will do whatever they want with their OWN HivePower and we can't change that... But, we can change if some big CURATION account with delegated HP is voting for the same people over and over again... We can UNDELEGATE our HP and use it by ourselves... I know very well how time-consuming it is to curate content, and you as a curator know that very well, but that is the only healthy way to grow your friends and your community on HIVE!
Showing by example is a good way to motivate people to do something that could help them... Many times people don't understand (or just don't think) why is something important and good for them until someone shows them...
