Many people are satisfied with their lives but nowadays it has become very difficult to find happiness because people are not able to be satisfied, no matter what they get or how much they get, it comes in the mix that they find it all less.

Sometimes the situations become such that we are unable to control our breathing (we get angry easily )even if we don't want to and all this is basic human nature but I have seen many people around me who are happy all the time. You will not tell the truth that they pretend to be happy but are happy. But believe me if you are with someone for some time then you get to know their behavior, which things make them angry or which things they like etc. etc. If you don't talk much, they take wrong advantage of things and emotionally blackmail you and hurt you with this. There comes a point in everyone's life when we don't feel like talking to anyone, neither with a family member nor with an outsider, nor do we feel like answering a phone call or talking to anyone face to face. Happiness and sorrow keep going on in life and all this is a part of life and we should accept it.
