1K Hive power is within reach

I bought some more Hive from my frens in Hive Naija community and that has brought me within reach of 900 Hive power. My payout later today will get me across the line and I'll start pushing for 1K hive power after that.

There was a slight downturn in the market and that has opened up a nice opportunity for me to increase my stake. Sadly, I'm not going to be dipping my toes in an exchange, so I'll only catch whatever is on offer from my frens.

After sharing my intent to buy hivefrom my Hive Naija frens I've been getting private messages from people interested in selling. Considering how much Hive is available to purchase from people, I might have to set new targets.

My plan was to buy just about enough hive to augment my post rewards. This was basically to ensure that I reach 400 Hive power stakes per month.

After declaring my intention to buy hive in the community, I've gotten a lot of responses that has me wondering if I'm even buying enough. So, I'm thinking that I might have to set a flexible upper limit to my purchases.

So my previous upper limit was capped at ensuring I reach 400 Hive power per month. My new upper limit will be "buy until I can't buy no more".

Based on my rough calculations, I have already surpassed my weekly target for two weeks running. Instead of adding 100 Hive power per week, I'm actually doing upwards of 150, ensuring that I'll almost certainly have 1K hive power by next week.

As much as I like this pace, I don't think it is sustainable and at some point, I'll develop yet another strategy to compliment my current strategy.

There's a bull market on the horizon and if the hive pump takes off in earnest, it basically means I'll not be able to afford adding 100 hive power. The start of a bull market means that I'll be able to get more ammunition to attack the market in the future.

Anyway, the main point is, 900 hive power already achieved. The next target is 1000 hive power and more curation rewards to follow.

I work in customer service right now. I only buy Hive with any extra money I have after I have paid my bills. I still have some outstanding debt to sort out, so I can't commit too much. From next year, I'll be able to buy more because I'd have sorted out the debt and would be stable

My wife does support work. Yeah, it's better than nothing. I intend to skill up and get better paying jobs in the future.

I think it is really necessary that one should start having ambitions and goals actually also. I should set some hive goals
