Water lily.

At the moment I live in a city along which a small stream flows the surface of which is densely overgrown with water lilies.

Previously when I lived in Moldova I saw water lilies only in pictures so it seemed to me that this is a magnificent and inaccessible exotic.

But one day I ended up in the southeastern part of Moldova where the Prut River merges with the full-flowing Danube close to that place and I was lucky to go fishing there.

There was no limit to my surprise cream and yellow water lilies were swimming around me in the water and many insects were circling around.

It seemed to me that I was in a fairy tale.

The funny thing is that Moldova is so small that if you stand on its western border you can spit to the eastern border of the country they say so jokingly but I absolutely did not know that there is a paradise of such flowers in the country until that moment.
