Jailed, Yet... He Is Still Heard.

Mistakes are part of our lives. Without it, we can't edge forward as there'll be nothing challenging to push us toward achieving our goals. The fuel tank to explore different options won't be available, and without it, innovations won't happen.

...and this means that we will be stuck on boring day to day activities. Chants like "Adulthood na scam" won't come into play, and everything will just be the same. A world without uniqueness.

We have only one coin(life line), and we never know when it'll be snatched away. It's not like death meets for negotiation or tells us exactly where and when it is coming unless to those who have premonition powers to foresee. But, even with that, death can't be cheated on, which is why when a person who was close to the brink of death survives, we say the person is lucky!

However, luck doesn't follow us around at all times, which is why we need to determine how to spend our lives or someone who will spend it for us!

I have been having a lot of thoughts lately despite my tight schedule. I guess my mind works wonders! And, I just can't help thinking about it so much. You know, the energy we put into building things only for us to be snatched away from those things without heads up.

Now, I can't help but just remember people that I have met who live life to please others and others whom I have met who live for themselves. However, there are some others whose side is to make sure they live for both themselves and the people around them.

Having these thoughts, my heart remembered a song and how the life of the singer has been so far, and I couldn't help but swallow hard. This is because his music has a lot of beauty to them and yet... the life showcased he led wasn't the best.

...and that's some people for you. The people whose words and actions are at loggerhead with another. They are no fools. They know what's right, say what's right, but do the opposite.

However, I won't be the judge of the person who I am not very familiar with individually, though I am very familiar with his songs. They ginger me, which is why I have chosen three of his songs.

But before that, let's get to know him and move to his songs.

His Name.

Robert Sylvester Kelly is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and convicted child sex offender(..and the statement right here ruined everything). This is where the quote, *"A good name is better than gold," comes into play.

I have loved R-kelly music and still do. They are too good to pass on, but whenever I listen to his songs and remember where he is and what led him there, I can't help the painful pang that hit me. Statement like, "He shouldn't have done it!" always take place in my mind.

...and just like the quote aforementioned, we can guess how he played his coin. However, there's another reason why I have decided to write about R-kelly, and this is because he was born in the year 1967 on January 8th, which makes his birthday two days to go.
