Peace is priceless, terror is senseless, let's give peace a chance.

It's not irrespective, because one side is clearly not interested in peace and has made the Minsk Agreements into a joke for 8 years. When peace is impossible and terror is reality, war is necessary. Only war can achieve peace since the Terrorist won't surrender.
