90 Day Men to Release We Blame Chicago Box Set

The celebrated Chicago-based band, 90 Day Men, is set to receive a comprehensive retrospective treatment with the upcoming release of the We Blame Chicago box set from Numero Group. Scheduled to drop on January 19, 2024, this 5xLP collection is a meticulously curated compilation of the band's entire discography, featuring remastered versions of their albums and several previously unreleased tracks.

Remastered by Heba Kadry, the We Blame Chicago box set includes all three studio albums by 90 Day Men: (It (Is) It) Critical Band (2000), To: Everybody (2002), and Panda Park (2004). In addition to these, the fourth LP in the set consists of a collection of EPs, singles, and outtakes, while the fifth LP showcases an unreleased Peel Session from 2001. The box set also offers an exclusive cassette called Orbit to Orbit, available in limited quantities, featuring eight early unreleased songs and tracks from their first 7" release, "Taking Apart the Vessel."

To provide fans with a sneak peek, Numero Group has shared an unreleased track titled "Untitled 01," giving listeners a taste of the hidden gems embedded in this comprehensive collection. Additionally, an unboxing video has been made available for fans eager to explore the contents of the We Blame Chicago box set.

90 Day Men, formed in 1995, began their journey in St. Louis before making Chicago their base of operations. With a lineup consisting of Brian Case, Chandler McWilliams, Cayce Key, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe, and Andrew Lansangan, the band left an indelible mark on the indie rock scene. The release of We Blame Chicago serves as a tribute to their influential and innovative contributions to music history.
