Hola apreciados amigos, reciban un cordial saludo de mi parte. Me siento muy contenta de poder compartir nuevamente con ustedes en este día. Tenía varios días ausente debido a que mi mamá enfermó y no tenía cabeza para más nada sino para atenderla y acompañarla en todo momento, pero gracias a Dios ya está mejor y por eso hoy quiero compartirles una nueva publicación.

Cómo todos saben el mes de mayo es sinónimo de comienzo de la temporada de lluvias en nuestro país, un cambio climático drástico que trae como consecuencia que se activen los procesos gripales virales y hasta infecciosos.

De verdad no sé que tan cierto sea eso, pero de lo que si estoy segura es que cuando empieza a llover mi niña pequeña inmediatamente comienza a darle gripe y al asistir al pediatra lo primero que dice es eso.

Pues les cuento que está semana ocurrió así, han habido cambios drásticos de temperatura y de inmediato comenzó la niña a toser y moquear, al principio como toda madre procedí a darle lo que tenia en casa a ver como evolucionaba, pero al notar que no mejorara decidí llevarla al medico para hacer una revisión mas exhaustiva por precaución, ya que tanto en el colegio como en nuestra comunidad ya habían varios casos y no quería arriesgarme a que tuviera complicaciones.

At first, like every mother, I proceeded to give her what I had at home to see how she evolved, but when I noticed that she was not getting better I decided to take her to the doctor for a more thorough check-up as a precaution, since both at school and in our community there were already several cases and I did not want to risk complications.

Gracias a Dios su pediatra estaba disponible y la llevé a revisar sobretodo porque ya tenía 3 meses que no iba al médico.

Thank God her pediatrician was available and I took her to check it out especially because she had not been to the doctor for 3 months.

Cómo toda consulta pediátrica lo primero es pesar y medir al niño para evaluar como va su crecimiento y peso y también para poder saber la dosis de medicamentos que le pueden indicar

Me dió mucha alegría saber que la niña está creciendo desarrollándose satisfactoriamente.

Por otro lado le comenté a la doctora el motivo de mi consulta y me dijo que eso era el mismo motivo por el cual había recibido a casi todos los niños esta semana imagínense.

Procedió a realizar el exámen físico y exactamente la niña tiene una gripe moderada, pero la cual si no se trata como debe ser puede complicarse y es lo que no se quiere.

Gracias a Dios no es nada grave, pero si ameritó su respectivo tratamiento, el cual no dudó en indicarme de inmediato y decirme que debía comenzar de una vez a tomarlo, por lo que al salir del consultorio me dirigí a una farmacia cercana donde pudo obtener lo que me hacia falta, ya que en casa tenia por precaución gran parte del tratamiento.

Thank God it is nothing serious, but it did merit its respective treatment, which he did not hesitate to indicate to me immediately and tell me that I should start taking it at once, so when I left the office I went to a nearby pharmacy where I could obtain What I needed, since at home I had much of the treatment as a precaution.

Por cierto, se porta tan bien en la consulta que cada vez que va le obsequian un globo y le pintan su carita de la manera que ella escoja, la tienen muy mimada.

Bueno amigos debo confesarles que nunca me ha gustado esperar mucho tiempo para llevar a las niñas al médico, siempre que tienen algo de inmediato procedo a llamar al doctor, explicarle la situación y dependiendo de lo que me diga y a mi consideración le doy a más tardar 24 horas a partir de ese momento.

Lo que si es seguro es que mis niñas sufren de rinitis alérgica y por esta razón cualquier cambio climático, olor fuerte o polvo les afecta de una manera bastante considerable y debe tener una vigilancia más fuerte en comparación con otros niños y de eso no me cabe dudas y más aún en la actualidad que existen tantos virus sobretodo de la índole respiratorio.

What is certain is that my girls suffer from allergic rhinitis and for this reason any change in climate, strong smell or dust affects them in a quite considerable way and they must have stronger vigilance compared to other children and I can't believe that. doubts and even more so nowadays that there are so many viruses, especially respiratory ones.
