My favorite song inspires gratitude and consciousness
I have a lot of songs I love so much that choosing a favorite is near impossible. But for this blog, I'll take one of them and share it.

I am not the lady who believes love is given on a platter of gold, this is why this song appeals to me.
Asking for a man like my father would be possible or not possible but then we can always ask for something and hope that it will happen.
I love this song because if someone asks me if I would want to marry a man like my father, I'll say yes without blinking. My dad is kind. A kind man that provides for his family and he loves us and my mum so much that everything he does had been to give us a roof over our heads, good education, clothing, and peace of mind.
If there's a next life, I'll definitely ask to be his daughter again.
I love the song, Like my Father by Jax so much that every time I feel out of the blue I'll listen to it. Not necessarily because I want that man but so I can remember my dad and appreciate God for making me his daughter.
A man who is patient and kind should be every woman's dream. Seeing that we tend to have mood swings here and there, we need a life partner who would be patient enough to help us deal with whatever energy comes up. And a kind man should be our prayer because the world is a crazy place.
I have stood afar and watched women struggle to build their families alone because the partner they choose isn't kind enough to lend a helping hand. They rather sit still, arms fold, and squander whatever resources the woman tries to build for the good of the family.
This advice isn't for women alone, a man should ask for a kind and patient partner too. This will be a good prayer because like I said the world is a crazy place.
And if you have a home that you can come to after facing the scorching and unforgiving world out there, then you should be grateful.
I know we have been told time and time again to love ourselves so that we will be able to love the next person better. But an unkind person takes this to the extreme. They don't know where to draw the line. And everything they will do will definitely translate into selfishness.
They may not be seeing it as though there's anything wrong with that because it's in their blood. And since we all know it's near impossible for people to change, they could only hide them for as long as possible, but they will always come out, so we need to protect our peace of mind, and check the red flags before we meet them at the altar.
You may not be able to see through them if they can hide so well. In this situation, what you'll need is to pray that certain circumstances will happen that will reveal their true colors. You can't really tell how a person will react to certain things until it happens. So this is an important prayer.
It will save you from all the heartaches you'll encounter in the future. You will be able to make the right decision about your life partner.
