Greetings Hivers, welcome to the Weekly ASEAN Hive "Hot Goss", where I @justinparke dig up false ASEAN Hive rumors and spread even more, but all in satirical fun and support of Southeast Asian content on Hive.

FAKE TEXAS CHILI DESTROYS FOREIGNERS in Thailand, but some people keep coming back for more. It's not actually chili at all, but instead a vegetable dipping condiment made from fermented shrimp paste and other things.

Rumor has it this fermented dip was created to trick Texans and get a laugh, others say this is part of traditional Thai cuisine. Those that enjoy this dish may be brave enough to try the Cambodian version made from super long time fermented fish paste, it stings the eyes.

Now that your eyes are melting from fermented shrimp paste, perhaps it's time to BLAST OFF THE PLANET EARTH where this no sense of smell or taste in the vacuum of outer space.

Final destination is Mars, or at least a heavily caffeinated version of the planet. Those brave enough to transit between planets and avoid asteroids and comets along the way will be delighted to the best off-Earth coffee available in the universe. There is one hitch though, there are not yet any return flights due to a lack of rocket fuel on Mars. You'll have to pay a lifetime for this cup of java.

An ASEAN Hiver is Las Vegas, USA, to GAMBLE HIS CRYPTO EARNINGS ON THE ROULETTE TABLE. If you saw the most recent ASEAN VIP Lounge post, you already know that all VIPs now have fake American and Singaporean passports.

It's nice to see one of us is already making use of the new fake passports. Access to the USA is visa-free for this Malaysian Singaporean national. I wish him luck and hope that he also enjoys as many budget buffet meals as possible. I anxiously await a follow-up post.
