     ENCROACHMENT THREATENS A LOCAL BOWLING ALLEY in Vietnam, and as you can see in the photo, it has nearly swallowed this bowling alley. The shopping mall/amusement park combo kept expanding until it began eating into the local lanes.

     At the moment the man that owns the mall is richer, so it's likely the bowling alley will lose its battle for survival. The last hope may be to shorten the lanes a bit so this bowling alley can hang on for a few more months.

     In the culinary world, smaller usually means more expensive, and if you spend $200 on a dinner, it's likely you'll go home hungry. These high profit margins have led this Hive family to making micro desserts.

     TINY DESSERTS REQUIRE TINY HANDS, so the parents can only sit back and watch. These tiny desserts are the domain of children, but luckily they've managed to work out a profit sharing scheme so the parents can get rich too.

     The EATING YOUR MONEY is a new trend in Vietnam, and it's even tastier with cheese apparently. The exchange rate is not that good yet, you only get one edible coin thousands of dong, but so far nobody is complaining and this culinary trend is still on the rise.

     Unfortunately you can't pay your rent or go shopping with edible currency because of the obvious health concerns. There are rumors circulating though that some local banks may begin offering bread coins when they are running low on good ole' cash money yo'.
