Greetings ASEAN Hivers, @JustinParke here with another ASEAN Hive VIP Delegator Raffle post, where I announce the winners and do a bit of rambling.

August 12th, 2022In the world of @asean.hive delegations, the biggest news this week was @selfhelp4trolls first-time delegation of 1,000 HP, super-duper generous, and his generous support of our community landed him on the most recent ASEAN Hiver Of The Week post. @atma.love, another VIP who has never posted in the community, downgraded his delegation from 1,000 HP to 500 HP, and we still thank him for his selfless delegation, regardless of how big or small. @alvonsohiver keeps moving upward, slowly but surely, and this week raised his delegation to 440 HP.
@jasonmunapasee upped his delegation to a whopping 300 HP and @hattaarshavin came onboard with a first time delegation of 200 HP. @semarekha decreased her delegation to 100 HP, and is now posting mostly outside ASEAN Hive, a sad loss for us because her content and engagement were a very welcome presence. I respect and give thanks to every delegation, no matter how big or small, so I would also like to thank new delegations from @mell79 at 25 HP and @chuch at 1 HP. You're all awesome, and only our combined efforts make ASEAN Hive possible.
Oh, before I forget, because our total incoming delegations have nearly reached 100,000 HP, I've been thinking of making this weekly raffle more exciting. I recently heard of marble racing, and our land is perfect for this kind of thing. We could perhaps have a weekly marble race after reaching 100,000 HP, and I've also been pondering the logistics and doing a toy boat race in the river, perhaps make them from bamboo and have 4 separate races 🤔. What do you all think? My only problem is that internet in our location is a pay per MB situation, and uploading a weekly ASEAN Hive Race video might be too costly.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @kidsisters, & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are four separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
This week's total effective HP is 103,347, and total delegated HP is 97,838 HP (62,473 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
The more you delegate, the greater your chances are to win, and this weekly raffle is just a fun way to reward supporters of Southeast Asian content on Hive.

what I want to comment this time is about the first picture,, a little crossed my mind about that picture,, a car escorted by several trained soldiers, they also wear black suits, and complete weapons in their suits,
I remember luxury cars like that which were escorted by trained soldiers and equipped with weapons in their suits, just as the guards were very tight like the escorts of the North Korean president, Kim Jong-un,
but in the picture the soldiers don't wear sunglasses, if they wear sunglasses of course the soldiers look even more dashing..

because this community is like the car, And we escort it together,, so that the car or the @aseanhive community is not shaken,, we will together escort it to its destination,, so that the community we are proud of achieves its dream...
hopefully what I think about the picture of a black car, and being escorted by several soldiers who wear black suits and complete with weapons, hopefully that's true.....
