Next upcoming Riftwatchers Airdrop card 'Sea Wreck' is revealed

Getting cards through airdrop in the game is always fun and with booster packs there is a threshold so when that is completed the airdrop happens. Currently, we have the riftwatcher mini edition available for buying in the game and this is a mini edition so every 500K pack sale unlocks the airdrop for a new card. I have got so many airdrop cards in the Chaos Legion edition because I was able to purchase a bigger quantity of more than 600 packs in the same edition and because of that I was eligible for most of the rewards coming through the airdrop. I remember that I even got the promotional card called Dr. Blight and it is still a valuable card in the game.

I also purchased 100 booster packs with Rift Watchers Edition but that did not make me eligible for the three cards which have already been air-dropped. Now the 4th is on the way but this has been revealed recently during the town hall and it looks powerful addition to the game which is on the way we can say and should be coming soon in the game once the threshold is completed.

Sea Wreck

Here is the sneak peek for the card and this monster comes with 11 mana cost which is surely on the higher side but it gets 13 health. Since it is a legendary card it is available up to level 4 and has one speed along with four attack powers on Melee. It gets five abilities on the higher level and I must mention that there are very few cards that must be getting this type of ability or maybe the number is quite low that we can even count on fingers getting these types of abilities. As per the update shared by the team, the ability testing is under process and by the time this is ready for the unlock or the airdrop all this should be done.

The graphical design is also good and on level 1 also gets two abilities that keep on increasing with ease growing level which means the card is very powerful and strong in the game but as of now, it is difficult to say which slot would be better for this card to be placed on. It will be interesting to see what the price we are going to see in the market for this monster which looks not just powerful but an amazing addition to the game as well and whoever will be getting it must be very happy.

Here is the snapshot taken from the airdrop page and we can see that three cards are already airdrops with different requirements of packs and we are left with another three for this edition.
the minimum requirement is 250 booster packs to be eligible for this card airdrop and there will be another two airdrops after these where the requirement will be 275 and 300 respectively. Now that we are aware of what cards we are getting now as part of the 4th air drop still there are two who are surprised and we will get to know later about these cards but I believe they are going to be powerful as well and probably legendary too.

For every 500k Riftwatchers packs sold, another character is unlocked. When a character is unlocked, all players who have previously purchased a Riftwatchers pack from the Splinterlands official Shop page will receive a random distribution of the new character.

Why have I already mentioned that with every 500K pack getting sold we'll unlock one airdrop this way we are going to see 50% of packs getting sold off in the market and now there will be another 50% of the inventory from Rift Watchers Edition. there was a proposal submitted by the team to burn payaks and it was also supported by the community with whatever was the requirement in terms of the voting percentage. I'm not sure if the burn has already started as I can't see any bigger reduction in the quantity or maybe I am missing something here but if that happens then buying now can be even better because the airdrop will be getting unlocked faster.

The price for one pack is $5 as per the game that can be paid in the form of the DEC token and this way we can also get a discount of 20% since the price of the token is down. there is another part that we need to consider is that if we buy at least 100 packs then this discount can increase further since a 10% bonus is given to the buyer and this way the price is going to be less than $4 for each pack. If anyone wants to be eligible for the next three airdrops then a purchase of 300 packs in total can help and this way the person can get approximately 3 airdrops that are going to happen in this edition. I had planned to buy around 200 packs but because of some fun shortage unable to do this as of now but will see if it becomes possible for me in the coming weeks before this airdrop is executed.
