Uni and Bitcoin Hard Time

The primary cryptocurrency continues to flirt with the $19,000 level, but is struggling to stay above it.

Most altcoins are highlighted in red on a daily scale, with the UNI cryptocurrency losing a significant portion of its value following the recent misunderstanding with Binance.

Bitcoin battles with the level of 19 thousand dollars:
This week is not the same as the previous week in terms of market volatility.

Bitcoin went through high volatility in the last seven days, especially when it fell from the level of $ 19,000 to $ 18,200 in minutes after the release of the US CPI figures and then rose to $ 20,000.

Bitcoin then calmed down when the weekend came and returned to its familiar territory around $19,000.

The scene began to change on Tuesday when the bitcoin price was pumped to $19,600 but was halted before hitting the $20,000 level.

Another short rally occurred yesterday but it was slight.

As such, Bitcoin has returned to the $19,000 level.

As of now (at time of publication) Bitcoin is trading at $19,500, but recent reports indicate that there may be more pullbacks on the horizon.

Bitcoin's market cap took a slight hit, reaching $367 billion.

The bright side is that Bitcoin's dominance over altcoins has crossed 40%.

UNI digital currency depreciation:

The price of altcoins has fallen in the last 24 hours, and most of them are now covered in red.

Ethereum is still struggling to recover $1,300, and another 1% drop since yesterday has pushed the asset below that level.

Binance coin also witnessed a decline and recorded a drop to the level of 268 dollars.

More losses come from Cardano, Solana, Polkadot and Matic - all of which are down.

The most prominent currencies that recorded a significant decline are the digital currency UNI, where the currency is trading at levels of $ 6, after the recent dispute that occurred on Tober between the founder of Uniswap and the CEO of Binance.

With many alternatives with low and medium caps in similar condition, the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies has seen a near-stable decline in the last 24 hours, with an estimated value of $917 billion.
