Freedom against draconian measures - Brussels demonstrations

In the Corona crisis that has passed or the one we are still in, but I am less psychologically or in a healthy way, we do not know which is correct, especially with the presence of the new mutant, which unfortunately did not work with the vaccine, but fortunately, some have gained immunity by being previously infected with the virus.

But in that crisis, we may draw from it an approach in the world, which is crisis management, which some may see as good and others see it as random, but before I tell you my opinion on that, we must know that crises are what show the strength or fragility of the health and economic systems in the world.

In that crisis, the economic systems became incredibly soft, and to be fair, the health systems withstood some thing in the face of this crisis, and although they did not perform the desired by 100%, but in light of the injury of millions in a short time, they did not fall short.

And we return to the topic that I want to talk about, and that during the Corona crisis, political opinions began in the world and strict orders and decisions began to be implemented in all parts of the world. Although we live in the era of democracy, as some have claimed, the peoples had no say in those decisions.

Brussels Demonstrations

I thought about this topic when I saw in the news the demonstrations and protests in Belgium between demonstrators and the police, which seemed like a fierce battle, and I was amazed when I knew that this was due to the procedures and restrictions due to Corona.

Governments may see that these behaviors are somewhat barbaric and that citizens must abide by what the government tells them, but in light of the term democracy implanted within peoples, they do not like control and I do not say that they are 100% right, but at least the people’s opinion is taken in some of those decisions.

The implementation of those decisions with such strictness and the arrest of the demonstrators tells them that you are some rioters and crazy, which makes matters worse that there is no final respect for the opinion of the people.

We return here to say that acting in times of crises such as wars is a duty of the government and that it must be adhered to, but in light of the fact that the epidemic has said something and that the people responded and received the vaccine, so there is no objection to leaving them some breathing space so that they do not explode.
