introduction of change for the better

Hello, greetings to all, on this occasion I would like to share my personal experience in forming a healthy pattern in exercising. At first I didn't really like doing heavy exercise, but several friends asked me to go to the GYM to lose weight. I didn't really think about weight and health, until finally I found someone who really cared about my health, in the end I chose GYM exercise. Maybe many people don't know what a GYM is. Gym is closely related to body building.

Body building is a sport that involves forcing the body to physically train with the aim of strengthening and enlarging the muscles of the body.

there are facts that must be known before you start body building activities.Body building activities include things that damage the body.body building activities in order to get results and changes in the body, you have to lift more weight than your ability.You have to repeat this heavy load periodically until you feel numbness and stress in the muscle you are targeting.stress and numbness this is the extreme of your daily habits.forcing your muscles to lift weights beyond your capacity is tantamount to giving additional burden (stress) to your muscle tissue, damaging the muscle tissue so that you are used to it.

Some interesting facts you should know about me, below are photos of me in 2022. Before doing sports, my weight reached 120 kg.

finally I met @actifit which made me love the world of sports, my friend @arveno who invited me to use actifit. why do people want to shrink the body? I thought in my mind and wondered what the purpose of people slimming down at my GYM was.
someone answered "Just to maintain health. The problem is if you are used to fitness all the time, you don't move your body it hurts," said Faris Samhan.

someone answered "I just want to be healthy and lose weight. Because I don't like other sports, fitness is one way," said Diwa Hutomo.

someone answered, "According to Muna, many people choose to go to the fitness center to exercise because exercise at the fitness center can be done at any time as long as the fitness center is open. Fitness can be done in the morning, afternoon, evening or evening. Apart from that, indoor exercise such as fitness which is considered more comfortable than outdoor sports is also the reason many people prefer fitness.

and to them I introduced @actifit as a medium for earning money and health.

in these 4 months I have been active in the GYM and you can see the results I get from my daily exercise program.

How can one get an unhealthy brother to join in and be more healthy, I can see it is hurting him and he doesn't see it yet.
