LOH #154 || If I Could take Back The Hand Of Time ||

If you were to die tomorrow, what would you wish you would have done while you were still alive?

This is a very thoughtful topic that helps one reflect on oneself. We all have one or two things we thought or ought to have done if given a second chance.
below are the few things I would have done if given a chance to stay alive

Express Myself
I'm someone who does not speak out because of shyness or fear. I don't let people know what wrongs they have committed towards me or offended me; I don't know how to confront them, and it obviously hunts me. Seeing the person acting like everything is fine kills me, but I would rather tell another party about it just to feel better and still give instructions not to let the person be aware of it.
This attitude has ruined a lot of my relationships, especially I just assume the person should know, but it is not always like that in most cases. There was a particular friend I had in school, and I regretted not speaking out. I never knew she would stay long on earth; she died without knowing she offended me, and I felt so bad and horrible.
But now, if I get another chance, I will change the narrative.

The Four Letter Words (LOVE)
I wish I could boldly use the word #love to express my love to my family and friends. Tell my mom and dad "I love you". The word is so magical that it is blameless and heals wounds. my greatest pain today is I never told my dad I loved him till he passed away. I only speak it into the air and pray he hears it and sees how much I love him. I still have my mom around to show and tell her how much I love her and how she means the world to me.
I have love within me, but I don't know how to express it or show it, and I see and envy others in how they express the love. I try to learn and practice it, but I always fail at it.

Passion
While I was growing up I had a passion for a lot of things sure as I always wanted to be an #accountant, a business mogul, and #philantropist. This dream or passion has never come true since I couldn't become that beautiful accountant. I stopped chasing the rest, but if I could take back the hand of the clock, I would love to start again, get it right, and be that lady I always desired to be, but it is not just easy; society, economy, and country are not also helpful in regard to this.
Now I live to survive, not chasing my passion but to live.

Hello friend what a great reflection on the phrase, I love you, in the end life is about loving and being loved, it is unfortunate that your dad left this world without telling him how much you loved him, but life is so beautiful that always gives new opportunities, and will not be with your father, but with other loved ones, greetings. :-)

What else could we do with so little precious time?
I understand what is like to lose a close friend of many happy years, to hold her hand as I whispered how much I loved her when she could no longer speak in her last hours. How important to express our love to one another.

Saying ‘I love you’ is so simple yet because we weren't taught to do so, it seems such hard words to pronounce.
No matter how awkward say it and get use to it.

We plan and wish and life has plans for us which always turns out beautiful 💕

Speaking up is something I had to force myself to learn at some point in life, words are powerful. They can correct a lot of wrongs and put things inorder if properly used. It is wrong to just conclude that people know or understand, sometimes we have to speak up, not everyone thinks the way we do. I rather spill it out than keep it to myself and keep getting hurt. I am glad you changed too.

Love is something huge, though expressing it through action is more potent than just professing it.

Well, no matter how much we try, we can never fully do all that we want to do in life, somehow, we may end up falling short in some aspects.

It's always good to let someone who offends you to know, rather than telling another party whom might end up telling another and then, it spreads like wildfire.
And if it eventually gets to the hearing of the one who offended you and he/she wasn't even aware of that, the person is definitely going to feel bad about it.

You lost your dad without telling him how much you love him. Now, that is enough reason for you to imbibe the habit of letting your loved ones to know how important they are to you. Nobody knows tomorrow, so express your love while you can.
