If I had a million dollar…

Hello everyone, I welcome you all once again to my blog and I am very excited to write and participate in this week’s prompt. Before I write on today’s topic, I would like to extend my profound gratitude to everyone that wished me luck in my upcoming Project defense which we have finally done with it today. I am very happy to announce this but I would official come up with a post about what transpired today later in a different post. Without wasting much time, I would tackle the topic for today which is “If I had a million dollars”.

Wow, this is really a tight and though question to just provide a quick response to because that is really a huge sum of monies which should be strategically planned before spending that. So in my case, if I had such amount of money, first of all I would think about investing some of the money into a business as well as start a small scale business if possible. I would invest into businesses like real estate, bonds, stocks, etc so as to help generate more profit.

Also, I would not hesitate to buy myself a house so as to keep myself and my family at a comfortable and serine place to live. Our place of shelter is really important to us as humans, and for such I would make sure I get myself a comfortable home for myself and my family.

If I had a million dollar, I would make sure I make savings for the future as well. Yes, this is really important as an individual we don’t have to just spend extravagantly without considering making a savings for the near future. Something we humans we do forget that the money we are having can get finished at any point in time and there might be some future circumstances where by you would need money urgently to do something and for which these savings can be used to cover those.

If I had a million dollars, I would be a philanthropist. After investing and also allocating some portions for savings, I would also make sure that I help the needy and poor people in my society so as to also impact their lives positively. Moreover, as the saying goes that; “no work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”, if I had a million dollars I would also use some of it to travel and explore new experiences and also buy myself some new things that are of necessity.

These are my plans and to do lists when given a million dollars. It would have been a great opportunity to me and I would make sure I don’t misue that big chance given.
