Greetings to all and sundry on this great platform, I am very excited to write and share this article with you all and I use this great opportunity to welcome you all once again to my blog. Today I will write on the second topic of our weekly engagement post which is about "How do you deal with Boredom".
So we all know that not all the time that one has a happy life, there is the circumstance where you will get tired, you will get bored, will be depressed, and a whole lot of uncertainties. Do you have to give up on life when you start experiencing such? Never, once you find yourself in such a situation I advise you to find something dong that can take that boredom, sadness, and sorrow away from you. You need to change your environment sometimes in order to go away with boredom, other times too, you have to change what you used to do and a whole lot.
Every individual and whatever he or she does in order to free himself or herself from being bored, sad, or sorrowful. I will share mine with you here in this article. I am guessing you should have a clue by now what I do to distance myself from boredom, alright, I would do that if you still can't guess it right.
For me, whenever I find myself lonely and feeling bored, or maybe I find myself in a situation that wants to take happiness away from me, what I do most is get my game controller connected to my PC, and then boom, I open a game and play. Haha, you are surprised, right? lol, that is me, maybe yours might be different just as I indicated earlier. Anytime I play video games, I become so concentrated on the game that I forget whatever situation I was facing previously, and the happiness and joy in the game are what I become accustomed to now. If it is a location problem, I find all means to move far away from that place so I don't remember any incident that occurred anymore.
I don't know what really makes you happy during times you feel bored, but there are several ways people do engage to take themselves from such situation, which includes; connecting with friends either physically or through mobile, challenging themselves with something else, listening to music, reading story books, taking a deep sleep, going to parties, going for a walk, or jog, or a swim, and many others you can think of.
In order to fight boredom, first of all, you should identify what really makes you happy all the time when you even do it for 24 hours non-stop. You can then change your activities to do that whenever boredom comes to you. There are several incidents where I have been in a boredom situation and once I grab my controller and start playing a game, I turn to forget about it, sometimes too, I just take a deep sleep and I will be good when I wake up. These are just my experiences though, you might have different solutions to how to overcome boredom, and I would like to hear some from you in the comment section.

The best is to find what makes one happy and channeling the energy to it in order to fight boredom. We all have different coping mechanisms of fighting boredom and whichever one suit us best, we should go for it so as not to allow it take away our happiness.
Yeah, just as I indicated in the post, the best solution is to find which methods really works for you fine.
For people that loves to play game, it kill their boredom they will forget their pain and sadness at once.
