A Told Story Got Me Motivated

A woman called Mary, who lived very close to us back in the 70s, was so mean to his children and was even causing trouble as well as abusing her children one by one. Whenever they did something wrong, she would yell and throw curses at them. She was not the nice one out there and also has the character of not releasing any of his items to anyone.

Artawkrn
No one dared cross her path as the wickedness was smelling all over her. Her husband was a delightful man who was the opposite of his wife, but the wife wouldn't want him to do what was in his mind. He tried to help people secretly without the knowledge of his wife.

One day, his wife saw him giving alms to people and began to yell and shout at the husband. She was raining yet again curses on his husband and in turn, the husband began to regret marrying her. He was so bittered and came to complain to your father. Marry was tormenting people, and not just her people, but outsiders. She does not want anyone to get close to her family except herself. She was just up searching for who would complain about her immediate character so that she would fight with them.

Her husband was shedding tears while y
complaining to my husband. He was a good man who wanted to help people, but could not do so just because his wife behaved like a watchdog in his affairs. She was ready to make life miserable for his family, especially her husband.

When the husband was done explaining to my husband, your father, he advised him to always play along with her but should do what is in his mind to people. “Don't worry, just do as you wish, and I promise you, it shall be well with you. Just be careful of her acts and do not be charitable where she is. I'm convinced that one day something will make her change”, This was the advice your dad gave to him.

It was not until two months, her son whom she cherished mostly fell sick. He was down and had no choice other than to run to people for help. The husband was just watching what would come out of it. She ran to different people, and they all turned her down just because of her character towards them. She became helpless and indeed she was out of choice. Likewise, she began to apologize to those she had offended and was serious about it.

Even after the pleading, people still had doubts about her, but just because of her husband's sake, they agreed to treat the son. Within a week, he was solid. She learned a lesson to always live on a freewill and a life everyone would, please. She blamed herself for being so wicked to people.

This was the story my mum told me when I was about to get married. This stuck with me and indeed, I am doing so well with my husband as well as now and even forever. My family members and my husband's family members are my priorities.

The motivation given to me by my mum was enough to carry me through life experiences. My husband is a good man and someone who always gives whenever he has. I'm someone who does give as well, and someone who can stand for people in times of need and trouble.

Interesting and life changing story but I think you should have focused more on what the motivation did for you than giving so much detail to the story.

And you might want to check your words carefully after writing, I had to come up with my own words to understand where the story was going 🥲

In all, that was a good story to hear from your mother. Thanks for participating 💯
