Looks like an interesting little site. I would defintely take the time to go back and look a little closer next time you are there.
That omelette sounds fantastic. I love mixing my eggs with potatoes anyway. What an idea. May try that sometime.

It really helps you manage the liquid eggs a lot more with the frozen shredded potatoes there. I would have bought that place in a heartbeat if I had the money. It would be so great for my extended family.
