Work from home is actually good, especially one is self-sufficient for it. Managing the team is bit tricky and hard too, but somewhat better than on-site work. As you have mentioned quite good points.

Personally, I like a mix of both. Because it is hard for me to stay home; I prefer to spend some time outside, and meet with other folks. Just today, I thought of resting and just doing something on Hive and my GBOB, but I felt bored. So I just went for the riding app, and boom. So the mix-up is my thing. There are benefits attached this way. it keeps me active.
