You made valid and incredible points. One is the nature of work, such that some work are field jobs and you have no choice but to go out there.

Then, managing big teams can be difficult remotely. It's possible and can work/it works, but when everyone decides they want to work from home for a physical workplace, who will go to the office?

Working from home brought a lot of flexibility, privileges and opportunities that we're happy for, but the physical, office system will always remain in the workplace for one reason or another.
