How do you intend to rectify upvote on comments that disappeared without dropping on the user's wallet.

Please provide specifics. I am not aware of that happening, but if you can provide specific examples, we will definitely look into it.
Every upvote is recorded on the blockchain. If any were cast that did not receive the appropriate payout, we should be able to discern that by looking at the upvote history for a given post. But we need links to specific posts and comments to investigate the issue.
