Wow a Macallen 25, that's pretty impressive. Way out of my price range though! The 12 year runs about $80 a bottle in there parts. The food looks delicious. Sorry your French place went under though.

The 25 year old must be a lot more rare/valuable... I am not really a drinker, so straight bourbon or whiskey is good for me :)
