Interesting read, I did not even know this existed. I know there has been a lot of talk lately about the DHF, Value Plan, and reducing interest rates on HBD. After reading this post I am starting to realize the pickle we are in, but I still will be holding my stake till the end. I moved some of my votes to people with lower interest rates, and noticed @liotes witness is at 15% still. Will you be lowering that in the future?

We have asked the community about their opinion last week and we need now to address that as well. We like to have the backing of our community before we move. But our intention is to reduce it.
