Defining the strategy for my youtube channel

$1

My youtube channel is not doing well. My views dropped, my click through rate was abysmal and after some deep analysis, I realized that I was fully responsible for it.

What I did wrong

I created my content according to topics but this is a language that the algorithm of youtube actually doesn't understand. Youtube's main purpose is to find the correct viewer for a certain content. The viewer is the first priority for the algorithm. Even if maybe my topics were related, they were not addressed to one audience but to a broad range of different audiences. In the end, youtube simply didn't know to whom to show the video. It showed it to the wrong people, CTR dropped, Views dropped because the people that were shown the videos simply didn't care...

After thinking about it for some time, I decided to try to repair my channel and do it in the form of a case study where I share what I do, so that others can learn from my mistakes.

In this third video of this series, I want to define the strategy for the future of the account. The most important question to answer is: Who is my content for. Check out the video to find out who will be my audience for this project and what will be my next steps.

Interesting how SEO or gaming the algos makes so much of a difference that it has become a business service all on its own.
