RE: This time better service at my Austrian Airlines (Lufthansa) flight to Varna. Was able to get a Schnitzel although pre-ordering did not work.

I've been hearing of Lufthansa since I was born. I expect them to have outgrown such technical problems by now based on their many years of experience.

I don't see how one can order a simple thing as snacks without being served. That'll be very annoying.
